Cancellation and Refund Terms

For all reservations made through Küheylan Turizm; the nature of the service, and the special conditions applied by the hotel, tour operator, airline, and other suppliers are taken into account. Before creating a reservation, it is the guest's responsibility to carefully review the cancellation, change, and refund terms of the relevant service.

Domestic and International Tours

The cancellation, change, and refund conditions of each tour program are stated separately on the relevant tour's program page, offer, or reservation documents.

Guests who make a tour reservation are deemed to have accepted the special conditions of the relevant tour before purchase. The cancellation/refund conditions of additional services such as flight tickets, visas, travel insurance, transfers, event tickets, and similar services may differ from the tour service. For these services, the rules of the relevant supplier apply.

Hotel Reservations

For hotel reservations made within the scope of the early booking period, the early booking cancellation-refund conditions announced by the hotel and/or tour operator apply. In these reservations, the discounted price, free cancellation period, deduction rate, or refund right may vary according to the selected hotel and campaign.

For hotel reservations outside the early booking period, guests must check whether the price they selected at the reservation stage is refundable or non-refundable.

Prices marked as non-refundable may not be refunded partially or fully in the event of cancellation or change. For refundable prices, the last free cancellation date, the deduction rate to be applied, and other conditions are clearly shown during the reservation.

Cancellation and Change Requests

Cancellation and change requests must be submitted to us in writing, stating the reservation number. The refund amount is calculated by taking into account the conditions of the selected service, the date the cancellation request is submitted, and any supplier deductions, if applicable.

For payments made by credit card, the refund is processed to the card used for payment. Depending on the processing times of banks, the reflection of the refund on the card may vary.

In cases of force majeure, flight cancellation, hotel change, or mandatory changes originating from the supplier, the process to be applied is evaluated within the framework of the current rules of the relevant service provider and the applicable legislation.

Cruise Ship Tours

For cruise ship tours, cancellation, change, and refund conditions may vary depending on the selected cruise line, cabin type, departure date, and promotional terms. The relevant special conditions are communicated to the guest during the reservation stage and are deemed accepted upon completion of the reservation.

Flight Tickets

The cancellation, refund, and change conditions of flight tickets are specified separately in the ticket segment/reservation stage. Whether the ticket is refundable, changeable, or non-refundable is determined according to the selected flight class and ticket rules.

In all applications such as flight cancellation, schedule change, baggage allowance, check-in, no-show, name change, and similar, the current rules and conditions of the relevant airline apply.
