At Küheylan Turizm, the security of payment and personal information is carefully protected. Personal information shared during transactions made through our website is used only for the purpose of carrying out the reservation and payment process.

Credit card information is not stored by Küheylan Turizm. Payment transactions are carried out through the secure virtual POS infrastructure of the banks and using an SSL security certificate with an encrypted connection.

The name and surname, contact, billing, and travel information entered during the reservation may be processed for the purpose of providing the service, fulfilling legal obligations, and, when necessary, sharing with the relevant hotel, airline, tour operator, transfer company, or other service providers.

Customers should not share their password, card information, or one-time verification codes with third parties. Küheylan Turizm never requests card passwords, CVV/CVC codes, or bank verification codes by phone, email, or message.
