PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
*This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through our agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 years of age may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country entry/exit points to present a document showing parental consent when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be attentive to this matter.
CURRENCY
*Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands officially use the Euro (EUR), and it is widely used throughout the country.
TIME ZONE
In Central European countries such as Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Austria, Central European Time (CET) is used. It is 1 hour behind Turkey. Depending on winter/summer time application, the difference remains the same; during summer time, the time in European countries continues to be 1 hour behind Turkey.
FOOD CULTURE
German cuisine has been shaped by the influence of Central European culinary culture and stands out with its hearty and traditional flavors. While meat- and potato-based dishes form the basis of the cuisine, bread varieties and sausage culture are highly developed. Bratwurst, Schnitzel, Sauerkraut (pickled cabbage), Pretzel and Apfelstrudel are among the best-known flavors of German cuisine.
Czech cuisine stands out with its meat- and pastry-based flavors, carrying traces of the Central European culinary tradition. Sauced meat dishes, dumpling-like recipes and knedliky (bread dough) are indispensable on the table. Gulaš, Svíčková and Trdelník are among the best-known flavors of Czech cuisine.
Slovak cuisine consists of hearty and simple dishes influenced by the mountainous geography. Potatoes, cabbage, dairy products and meat dishes form the basis of the cuisine. Bryndzové Halušky (potato dough and sheep cheese), Kapustnica (cabbage soup) and pastry-like dishes similar to Pierogi are the standout flavors.
Hungarian cuisine is especially known for its use of spices, particularly red pepper (paprika). Meat- and vegetable-based dishes have intense aromas. Goulash, Paprikás Csirke (paprika chicken) and Langos are among the best-known tastes of Hungarian cuisine.
Austrian cuisine has been shaped by the influence of German and Central European culinary cultures and stands out with its elegant and classic flavors. Meat dishes and desserts hold an important place in the cuisine. Wiener Schnitzel, Tafelspitz, Apfelstrudel and Sachertorte are among the iconic flavors of Austrian cuisine.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
The electrical outlets used in Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are compatible with Turkey. Therefore, no additional plug adapter is needed for your electronic devices.

Shopping is available at shopping centers in city centers and at small stalls selling souvenirs.

*All City and Culture Tours written in the program are included in the price.
*If optional tours and activities or program options such as boat trips are explicitly specified in the program, they are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, ruins or venues at the destinations and weather conditions.
*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
*Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities or for any reason due to different causes will not be carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
*Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach bed-type beds, participants in 3rd-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.
*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts received at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited.
*In case of possible disruptions, due to technical issues reported to us by the hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change the hotel names provided that their category remains the same.
CLOTHING and REQUIRED ITEMS
For the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, we recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers, spare memory cards and chargers. In the autumn and winter periods, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm, as well as an umbrella and a thin raincoat.
ABOUT AIRLINE TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, flight times and the airline ticket reservation number information are shared by our agency. Due to group reservations, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket. Our check-in procedures are carried out by our agency.
*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport and ID number appearing in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
*In cases where you cannot participate because you were late for the flight or could not catch the plane due to your own reasons, our agency is not responsible for the losses incurred due to payments made to hotels and airlines.
*Our agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. Route changes may occur depending on the city where the plane lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our agency is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
*Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport services fee.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*During the journey, it is mandatory to wear your seat belt. For passengers aged 0-4, bringing a “vehicle baby seat” is mandatory. In case of non-compliance with the rules, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or sanctions that may be imposed.
*All vehicles offered by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service if they are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model or age.
*Including the tours specified in the program, in cases where on the day and time of the tour, local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or where the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads because of any event or due to weather conditions, our agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
*During your trip, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the order of reservation. Even if the assigned seat numbers are the same in numbering, their direction, place or position may differ. Placement is made in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the current country.
LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and ID LOSSES
*When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, since our Agency official/guide must continue the Tour Program as promised to the other traveling guests by the agency; they should know that they will act on their own responsibility regarding all arrangements related to passport procedures, return, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our agency does not accept responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour
HEALTH
*We do not think that there will be any problem that threatens your health in the meals you will have at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we advise you to be careful about food and drink, to definitely consume bottled water, to avoid ice, milk and dairy products, to consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and regarding fruit, to eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.
We strongly recommend that, in case of health issues or injuries that may occur for reasons beyond your control, you obtain a report and invoice from the health facilities where you receive treatment. It will be beneficial in case you need it for insurance-related procedures.
PAYMENT METHOD
*You may make your payments in cash, to the extent permitted by law, or by bank transfer through the banks clearly stated on our website, and in cases you deem necessary, you may also make them with your Credit Card.
*Payments made at the time of tour registration shall be refunded in the same currency and amounts in the event of cancellation/refund.
