PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
*This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through our agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 years of age may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country entry/exit points to present a document showing parental consent when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be attentive to this matter.

CURRENCY
*Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands officially use the Euro (EUR), and it is widely used throughout the country.

TIME ZONE
In Central European countries such as Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Austria, Central European Time (CET) is used. It is 1 hour behind Turkey. Depending on winter/summer time application, the difference remains the same; during summer time, the time in European countries continues to be 1 hour behind Turkey.

FOOD CULTURE
German cuisine has been shaped by the influence of Central European culinary culture and stands out with its hearty and traditional flavors. While meat- and potato-based dishes form the basis of the cuisine, bread varieties and sausage culture are highly developed. Bratwurst, Schnitzel, Sauerkraut (pickled cabbage), Pretzel and Apfelstrudel are among the best-known flavors of German cuisine.

Czech cuisine stands out with its meat- and pastry-based flavors, carrying traces of the Central European culinary tradition. Sauced meat dishes, dumpling-like recipes and knedliky (bread dough) are indispensable on the table. Gulaš, Svíčková and Trdelník are among the best-known flavors of Czech cuisine.

Slovak cuisine consists of hearty and simple dishes influenced by the mountainous geography. Potatoes, cabbage, dairy products and meat dishes form the basis of the cuisine. Bryndzové Halušky (potato dough and sheep cheese), Kapustnica (cabbage soup) and pastry-like dishes similar to Pierogi are the standout flavors.

Hungarian cuisine is especially known for its use of spices, particularly red pepper (paprika). Meat- and vegetable-based dishes have intense aromas. Goulash, Paprikás Csirke (paprika chicken) and Langos are among the best-known tastes of Hungarian cuisine.

Austrian cuisine has been shaped by the influence of German and Central European culinary cultures and stands out with its elegant and classic flavors. Meat dishes and desserts hold an important place in the cuisine. Wiener Schnitzel, Tafelspitz, Apfelstrudel and Sachertorte are among the iconic flavors of Austrian cuisine.

The electrical outlets used in Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are compatible with Turkey. Therefore, no additional plug adapter is needed for your electronic devices.

Shopping is available at shopping centers in city centers and at small stalls selling souvenirs.

*If optional tours and activities or program options such as boat trips are explicitly specified in the program, they are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, ruins or venues at the destinations and weather conditions.

*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.

*Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities or for any reason due to different causes will not be carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.

ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. 

*Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach bed-type beds, participants in 3rd-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type. 

*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

*Breakfasts received at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited.

*In case of possible disruptions, due to technical issues reported to us by the hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change the hotel names provided that their category remains the same.

CLOTHING and REQUIRED ITEMS
For the summer season, we recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a thin jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, we recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers, spare memory cards and chargers. In the autumn and winter periods, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm, as well as an umbrella and a thin raincoat.

ABOUT AIRLINE TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, flight times and the airline ticket reservation number information are shared by our agency. Due to group reservations, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures at the specified time and counter with only your passport, even without your ticket. Our check-in procedures are carried out by our agency.

*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport and ID number appearing in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.

*In cases where you cannot participate because you were late for the flight or could not catch the plane due to your own reasons, our agency is not responsible for the losses incurred due to payments made to hotels and airlines.

*Our agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. Route changes may occur depending on the city where the plane lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our agency is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*During the journey, it is mandatory to wear your seat belt. For passengers aged 0-4, bringing a “vehicle baby seat” is mandatory. In case of non-compliance with the rules, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or sanctions that may be imposed.

*All vehicles offered by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Vehicles that pass inspection provide service if they are comfortable and flawless, regardless of their model or age.

*Including the tours specified in the program, in cases where on the day and time of the tour, local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or where the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads because of any event or due to weather conditions, our agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.

*During your trip, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the order of reservation. Even if the assigned seat numbers are the same in numbering, their direction, place or position may differ. Placement is made in accordance with the vehicle conditions of the current country.

LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and ID LOSSES
*When leaving the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.

*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, since our Agency official/guide must continue the Tour Program as promised to the other traveling guests by the agency; they should know that they will act on their own responsibility regarding all arrangements related to passport procedures, return, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our agency does not accept responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.

*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour

HEALTH
*We do not think that there will be any problem that threatens your health in the meals you will have at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we advise you to be careful about food and drink, to definitely consume bottled water, to avoid ice, milk and dairy products, to consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and regarding fruit, to eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

We strongly recommend that, in case of health issues or injuries that may occur for reasons beyond your control, you obtain a report and invoice from the health facilities where you receive treatment. It will be beneficial in case you need it for insurance-related procedures.

Tour Program
Izmir - Berlin - Dresden
After midnight, when the specified meeting time arrives, we meet our guide in front of the SunExpress check-in counter at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal, complete our baggage and customs procedures, and take our nonstop (direct) flight to Berlin Brandenburg Airport, arriving there at local time. After placing our luggage on our waiting vehicle and taking our seats, we see the Wall of Shame, one of the symbols of the Cold War; Checkpoint Charlie, one of Berlin’s important checkpoints; Museum Island, one of the city’s landmarks; Berlin Cathedral (DOM); Gendarmenmarkt Square; Unter den Linden Street; Brandenburg Gate; the Parliament Building; and Alexanderplatz Square. After some free time in the city center for shopping and lunch, we leave Berlin and arrive in Dresden, another beautiful German city, which stands out with its Baroque and Rococo architecture and is described as the “Florence of the Elbe.” In this city, which was largely destroyed by heavy bombing during World War II but was quickly restored to its present modern state, the places to be seen include Brühl’s Terrace, known as the “Balcony of Europe”; the Elbe River; Albertinum; the Academy of Fine Arts; the Court Church; Semper Opera House; Zwinger Palace; Old Town Square; Frauenkirche Church; and the Martin Luther Statue. After completing our tour, and following free time for shopping and dinner in the city center, we check in to our hotel. Accommodation is at our hotel in Dresden.
Dresden - Terezín Camp - Karlovy Vary - Prague
After breakfast at our hotel, we leave Dresden and, after a short drive, arrive in Terezín. At Terezín Camp, one of the most authentic camps bearing the traces of World War II, we visit the Small Fortress, which was used as a prison. We tour the cells where men and women were held separately, the SS military barracks, and the sections built by Nazi Germany, accompanied by detailed explanations. After our visit to Terezín Camp / the Small Fortress, which was featured in the Oscar-winning films “Life Is Beautiful” and “The Pianist,” we set off to explore Karlovy Vary, the spa town famous for its baths and porcelain, and one of the most frequented and renowned cities of 18th- and 19th-century European high society, as well as by famous figures from the worlds of art and politics and known to us for the mention of Atatürk’s visit for treatment. Our first stop is the Rudolf Hotel, where Atatürk stayed during his treatment. We see the city’s unique natural beauty, the magnificent mansions built side by side, the historic Grand Pupp Hotel, which hosts the annual Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, and the houses where world-famous figures such as Tsar Peter, Goethe, and Beethoven stayed, while also visiting the thermal galleries. After our tour, during the free time provided, we have the opportunity to taste traditional Czech delicacies and shop at factory outlet stores selling crystal, porcelain, garnet, amber stones, and other traditional Czech souvenirs. After the free time, we leave Karlovy Vary and head to Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, also known as the Golden City, the City of a Hundred Spires, and the City of Fairy Tales. Upon our arrival in the city in the early evening, we check into our hotel. For guests who wish, we leave the hotel for an optional Vltava River boat tour with a buffet dinner and limited drinks (extra), transferring to the city center. Those who do not wish to join the evening activity may spend time in the city center and enjoy free time, to be picked up from the time and place determined by the guide. After our two-hour boat tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Prague.
Full Day Prague
On this first morning in Prague, after having breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic city tour, during which we will see the Historic Train Station, the National Museum, the State Opera House, and Wenceslas Square, and then continue to Vyšehrad, where the city’s legendary story began. In the area where the city was founded in the 10th century, we see the Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul and begin our walk accompanied by views of the Vltava River. First, we reach Prague Castle, which has hosted Bohemian kings, Holy Roman Emperors, and Czechoslovak presidents; from the castle, we see the Old Royal Palace, the Presidential Palace, the center of the Archdiocese of Prague, and St. Vitus Church, the city’s cathedral. Construction of this church, begun in 1344 and taking six hundred years to complete, has hosted the coronation ceremonies of many kings and queens. The Powder Tower, St. George’s Church, the Malá Strana (Lesser Town) district, Charles Bridge with its 30 statues of saints, built in the 13th century by Chief Architect Peter Parler, the House of Johannes Kepler in the Old Town area, and the historic Astronomical Clock Tower, where shows with the 12 Apostles are performed, are among the places to be seen during the continuation of our tour. After our walking tour is completed, we provide free time for meals and shopping. The dazzling garnet and Bohemian crystals, among the most popular products of the Czech Republic, will especially attract your attention. After the free time, we continue our tour by seeing the Týn Church, the Jan Hus Monument, the Kinský Palace, built in 1765 and now used as an art museum, and St. Nicholas Church, as well as Franz Kafka’s birthplace. Moving toward the Vltava River, we observe the Josefov district, known for its Jewish population, the Straka Academy, currently used by the Czech Government, and the Štefánik, Mánes, and Čech Bridges, and complete our tour before returning to our hotel in the early evening. For guests who wish, we depart from our hotel and transfer to the city center for the optional magnificent Medieval Night program with dinner, limited drinks, and a show (extra). Guests who do not wish to participate in the program may be left in the city center for this evening, and after the traditional night program, they may be picked up at the time and place determined by the guide and returned to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Prague.
Prague - Bratislava - Budapest
After having breakfast at our hotel, we leave this beautiful, historic city and head toward Budapest. Leaving the Czech Republic and crossing into Slovakia, we enjoy a pleasant journey through natural scenery before arriving in the country’s capital, Bratislava. After getting off our vehicle on the banks of the Danube, we take a walking tour in the Old Town, the historic center of the world’s only capital city that borders two countries at once (Austria and Hungary). Seeing important landmarks such as Bratislava Castle, the Parliament, St. Martin’s Cathedral, the historic building where Mozart gave his first concert at the age of 6, Grassalkovich Palace, and the Slovak National Theater, we complete our walking tour and take a break for lunch. After some enjoyable time, we continue on toward central Budapest. Upon arrival, we reach Heroes’ Square, passing through the city’s historic squares and boulevards and seeing the statues of important figures who shaped the country’s history. After listening to our guide’s explanations and taking photos, we enjoy free time for strolling, shopping, and dinner on Váci Street, the city’s most famous and lively avenue. For those who wish, we also have the option of taking part in a one-hour Danube River boat tour (extra). After a delightful excursion, we return to our hotel. Budapest - Esztergom - Visegrád - Szentendre
After breakfast at our hotel, we set out to carry out our Esztergom & Visegrád & Szentendre tour. Our first stop is Esztergom Castle, which holds special importance for both Hungarian and Ottoman history and is the “guardian” of the Danube. We visit Esztergom Castle, which was captured in 1543 by the Ottoman army under the command of Suleiman the Magnificent, and the Esztergom Basilica built on its site, the largest church in Hungary. After our visit, we continue along a route accompanied by the most beautiful views of the Danube River, passing by Visegrád Castle, which was built to stop armies advancing from the east. We go to Szentendre Artists’ Village, where we will have the opportunity to buy all kinds of Hungarian souvenirs at affordable prices, and after receiving information about the village, we are given free time for shopping. After gathering again, we leave Szentendre and return to Budapest, the country’s capital, which emerged in 1873 with the unification of Buda and Pest, after 145 years of Ottoman rule, and continue our sightseeing. We see the Historic Bridges over the Danube River running through the center of the city, the Opera House, the Royal Palace, and the city’s iconic landmark and architectural masterpiece, the Parliament Building. After seeing the Millennium Monument and the statues of Hungarian heroes at Heroes’ Square, which was prepared for the celebrations held in 1896 in honor of Hungary’s thousandth anniversary, with explanations, we pass by Margaret Island, famous for its Olympic swimming facilities, and Margaret Bridge, and head up to Buda Castle in Budapest city center. After visiting the historic Matthias Church and Fisherman’s Bastion, two of the city’s architectural wonders, we go to our hotel. For guests who wish, we leave our hotel together for the optional Hungarian-Chigán Night with Unlimited Wine and Dinner (extra), and after the two-hour program, we return to our hotel. Budapest - Vienna
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart from Budapest and, with short breaks along the way and an enjoyable journey, head to Vienna, the heart of music, architecture, painting, and sculpture—a city that has withstood the difficult days of the World Wars without losing any of its elegance and presents a unique synthesis of the Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, Neo-Classical, and Art Nouveau art movements, with its long boulevards that make it feel like an open-air museum. Upon our arrival in the city, we begin our tour of Vienna. Among the places we will see are the Academy of Applied Arts, where Austria’s world-famous painter Gustav Klimt studied and taught; the Kursalon concert hall; the Bristol Hotel where Atatürk also stayed; the State Opera House; Maria Theresa Square; the Museum of Art History; the Museum of Natural History; the Parliament; the City Hall (Rathaus); the magnificent buildings of the University of Vienna; and the Hofburg Palace. After completing our tour, we begin our excursion to Schönbrunn Palace, the Hundertwasser Houses, and the Vienna Woods. First, we visit the Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens, whose construction began in the late 17th century by Emperor Leopold, which served as the summer residence of the Habsburg dynasty, and which was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1996, and explore them panoramically with explanations. After this part of our program, we visit the Hundertwasser Art Houses, one of the city’s striking contemporary artistic landmarks with their asymmetrical architectural features, and we head to Mariahilferstrasse, Vienna’s famous shopping street, for shopping and lunch.
Vienna - Hallstatt - Salzburg - Munich
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart from Vienna and head to Hallstatt, the famous town located on the shores of Lake Hallstatt, at the foot of the Dachstein Alps, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997 and among the 100 places to see before you die. Known for its natural beauty and historical value, this charming town, with its historic houses, churches, and preserved structure, attracts tourists from all over the world. In Hallstatt, which we often encounter on social media with its enchanting scenery, we have free time to walk around with the guidance of our tour guide and enjoy some pleasant time. At the end of our free time in this town of breathtaking beauty, we head to Salzburg, the birthplace of the world-famous composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In this city, which is very close to Germany, we see its most popular sights: Fortress Hohensalzburg, one of Europe’s largest castles with a 900-year history (from the outside), Mirabell Palace Garden adorned with flowers and impressive statues, the Old Town and Residence Square with buildings from the Middle Ages, Baroque, and Renaissance periods, and Makartsteg Bridge, where lovers hang locks with their wishes written on them. We walk along the Salzach River, which divides Salzburg into two, and where you can feel the perfect symphony formed by the sounds of birds and the river while sitting on the benches, and we visit Getreidegasse, Salzburg’s heart and most beautiful street, home to famous brand stores. We see Mozart’s birthplace (from the outside) and Kapitelplatz, with a statue of a man standing on a large golden sphere. We visit Mozartplatz, which features lovely cafés and mobile libraries, as well as Mozart’s magnificent statue. After touring Salzburg Cathedral, one of the finest examples of Baroque architecture, with its ornate exterior reliefs, statues, and stunning interior, we are given free time in this beautiful city. After gathering again, we cross the Austrian border and continue toward Munich. Upon arrival in Munich, which holds the title of Germany’s third-largest city after Berlin and Hamburg, we check into our hotel. Accommodation is at our hotel in Munich.
Munich - Izmir
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out of our rooms and begin our tour of Munich, the third-largest city in Germany after Berlin and Hamburg. Our first stop in this city is Marienplatz. Among the places to be seen are Neues Rathaus (New Town Hall, 1867–1909), which is a typical example of Gothic architecture and features the Virgin Mary statue, Altes Rathaus (Old Town Hall), now used as a toy museum, Frauenkirche, and Maximilian Street. After a break on Maximilian Street, known as the city’s most lively avenue, we transfer to Munich Airport. Following passport control to board our SunExpress Airlines flight, we arrive at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at local time. Upon arrival, we bid farewell to you, our valued guests, with the hope of meeting again on another travel program.
