TIME ZONE
Central European Time (CET) is used in Central European countries such as Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Austria. It is 1 hour behind Turkey. The difference remains the same according to winter/summer time; during daylight saving time, the clocks in European countries continue to be 1 hour behind Turkey.
FOOD CULTURE
German cuisine has been shaped by the influence of Central European culinary culture and stands out with its hearty and traditional flavors. While meat- and potato-based dishes form the foundation of the cuisine, bread varieties and sausage culture are highly developed. Bratwurst, Schnitzel, Sauerkraut (pickled cabbage), Pretzel, and Apfelstrudel are among the best-known flavors of German cuisine.
Czech cuisine stands out with its meat- and pastry-based flavors, bearing traces of the Central European culinary tradition. Sauced meat dishes, dumpling-like recipes, and knedliky (bread dough) are indispensable on the table. Gulaš, Svíčková, and Trdelník are among the best-known flavors of Czech cuisine.
Slovak cuisine consists of hearty and simple dishes influenced by the mountainous geography. Potatoes, cabbage, dairy products, and meat dishes form the basis of the cuisine. Bryndzové Halušky (potato dough and sheep cheese), Kapustnica (cabbage soup), and pastry items similar to Pierogi are the prominent flavors.
Hungarian cuisine is especially known for its use of spices, particularly red pepper (paprika). Meat- and vegetable-based dishes have intense aromas. Goulash, Paprikás Csirke (paprika chicken), and Langos are among the best-known tastes of Hungarian cuisine.
Austrian cuisine has been shaped by the influence of German and Central European culinary cultures and stands out with its elegant and classic flavors. Meat dishes and desserts hold an important place in the cuisine. Wiener Schnitzel, Tafelspitz, Apfelstrudel, and Sachertorte are among the iconic flavors of Austrian cuisine.

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and at small stalls selling souvenirs.

*If optional tours and activities or program options such as boat trips are explicitly stated in the program, they are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the trips may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.
*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
*Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or entered for any reason by local authorities or for different reasons are not carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such trips or tours.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.
*Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants making 3rd-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.
*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country where you are staying.
*In the event of possible disruptions caused by technical issues reported to us by hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change hotel names provided that their category remains the same.
CLOTHING and NECESSARY ITEMS
For the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition; we recommend that you bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers, spare memory cards, and chargers. For the autumn and winter period, we recommend comfortable clothing that will keep you warm, an umbrella, and a light raincoat.
ABOUT AIRLINE TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, flight times and airline ticket reservation number information is shared by our agency. Since this is a group reservation, even without your ticket, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures at the stated time and counter using only your passport. Our agency performs the check-in procedures.
*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport number, and ID number as written in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.
*In cases where you are unable to attend due to missing the flight or for reasons related to your own circumstances, our agency is not responsible for losses arising from payments made to hotels and airlines.
*Our agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
*Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*You are required to wear your seat belts during the journey. For passengers aged 0-4, bringing a “vehicle baby seat” is mandatory. In case of non-compliance with the rules, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or penalties that may be imposed.
*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Regardless of the model and age of the vehicles that pass inspection, they provide service if they are comfortable and flawless.
*Including the tours specified in the program, in cases where the local authorities do not allow visits or entry at the day and time of the tour, or where the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads for any event or due to weather conditions, our Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed, as far as possible.
*During your trip, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the reservation order. Even if the given seat numbers are the same in numbering, the direction, location, or position may differ. Placement is made according to the vehicle conditions in the current country.
LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and ID LOSSES
*Throughout your trip, when leaving the hotels you are staying at, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. In case lost items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.
*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, since our Agency official/guide must continue the Tour Program for the other traveling guests as committed by the agency; they should know that they will act on their own responsibility regarding all arrangements related to passport procedures, return travel, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency accepts no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.
*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour
HEALTH
*We do not think that there will be any health-threatening problems with meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, that you definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples whose peels can be removed.
We strongly recommend that you obtain a report and invoice from the health units where you receive treatment in case of health problems or injuries that may arise for reasons beyond your control. It will be beneficial to you if needed in insurance-related procedures.
