PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
*This tour is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through our agency.

CURRENCY
*The official currency of Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands is the Euro (EUR), and it is widely used throughout the countries.

TIME ZONE
Central European Time (CET) is used in Central European countries such as Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Austria. It is 1 hour behind Turkey. The difference remains the same according to winter/summer time; during daylight saving time, the clocks in European countries continue to be 1 hour behind Turkey.

FOOD CULTURE
German cuisine has been shaped by the influence of Central European culinary culture and stands out with its hearty and traditional flavors. While meat- and potato-based dishes form the foundation of the cuisine, bread varieties and sausage culture are highly developed. Bratwurst, Schnitzel, Sauerkraut (pickled cabbage), Pretzel, and Apfelstrudel are among the best-known flavors of German cuisine.

Czech cuisine stands out with its meat- and pastry-based flavors, bearing traces of the Central European culinary tradition. Sauced meat dishes, dumpling-like recipes, and knedliky (bread dough) are indispensable on the table. Gulaš, Svíčková, and Trdelník are among the best-known flavors of Czech cuisine.

Slovak cuisine consists of hearty and simple dishes influenced by the mountainous geography. Potatoes, cabbage, dairy products, and meat dishes form the basis of the cuisine. Bryndzové Halušky (potato dough and sheep cheese), Kapustnica (cabbage soup), and pastry items similar to Pierogi are the prominent flavors.

Hungarian cuisine is especially known for its use of spices, particularly red pepper (paprika). Meat- and vegetable-based dishes have intense aromas. Goulash, Paprikás Csirke (paprika chicken), and Langos are among the best-known tastes of Hungarian cuisine.

Austrian cuisine has been shaped by the influence of German and Central European culinary cultures and stands out with its elegant and classic flavors. Meat dishes and desserts hold an important place in the cuisine. Wiener Schnitzel, Tafelspitz, Apfelstrudel, and Sachertorte are among the iconic flavors of Austrian cuisine.

The electrical outlets used in Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands are compatible with Turkey. Therefore, no additional plug adapter is required for your electronic devices.

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and at small stalls selling souvenirs.

*If optional tours and activities or program options such as boat trips are explicitly stated in the program, they are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the trips may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.

*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.

*Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or entered for any reason by local authorities or for different reasons are not carried out. The Agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such trips or tours.

ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. 

*Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants making 3rd-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type. 

*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

*Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country where you are staying.

*In the event of possible disruptions caused by technical issues reported to us by hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change hotel names provided that their category remains the same.

CLOTHING and NECESSARY ITEMS
For the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition; we recommend that you bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers, spare memory cards, and chargers. For the autumn and winter period, we recommend comfortable clothing that will keep you warm, an umbrella, and a light raincoat.

ABOUT AIRLINE TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, flight times and airline ticket reservation number information is shared by our agency. Since this is a group reservation, even without your ticket, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures at the stated time and counter using only your passport. Our agency performs the check-in procedures.

*During registration, the name, date of birth, passport number, and ID number as written in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee.

*In cases where you are unable to attend due to missing the flight or for reasons related to your own circumstances, our agency is not responsible for losses arising from payments made to hotels and airlines.

*Our agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates.  Our agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

TRANSPORTATION and LOCAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
*You are required to wear your seat belts during the journey. For passengers aged 0-4, bringing a “vehicle baby seat” is mandatory. In case of non-compliance with the rules, our agency cannot be held responsible for any traffic fines or penalties that may be imposed.

*All vehicles provided by local vehicle service providers for transportation and transfer services are inspected in accordance with European Union rules and conditions. Regardless of the model and age of the vehicles that pass inspection, they provide service if they are comfortable and flawless.

*Including the tours specified in the program, in cases where the local authorities do not allow visits or entry at the day and time of the tour, or where the tour becomes impossible due to closed roads for any event or due to weather conditions, our Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed, as far as possible.

*During your trip, seat numbers are assigned and fixed according to the reservation order. Even if the given seat numbers are the same in numbering, the direction, location, or position may differ. Placement is made according to the vehicle conditions in the current country.

LOSSES, OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORT and ID LOSSES
*Throughout your trip, when leaving the hotels you are staying at, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. In case lost items are found, the expenses incurred while delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.

*In the event that your passport is lost or stolen, since our Agency official/guide must continue the Tour Program for the other traveling guests as committed by the agency; they should know that they will act on their own responsibility regarding all arrangements related to passport procedures, return travel, or joining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred. Our Agency accepts no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise in this regard.

*The Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour

HEALTH
*We do not think that there will be any health-threatening problems with meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, that you definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples whose peels can be removed.

We strongly recommend that you obtain a report and invoice from the health units where you receive treatment in case of health problems or injuries that may arise for reasons beyond your control. It will be beneficial to you if needed in insurance-related procedures.

Tour Program
Antalya - Izmir - Berlin - Dresden
We meet at Antalya Airport at our scheduled meeting time. After our check-in and baggage procedures, we depart for Izmir on our flight operated by SunExpress Airlines. After a journey of about one hour, we arrive at Adnan Menderes Airport and collect our luggage. Meeting again at the International Terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, we complete our passport control and second check-in and baggage drop procedures for our flight to Berlin. After midnight, we meet our guide in front of the SunExpress Airlines counter at the International Terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport and, after completing the necessary baggage and customs procedures, take our flight and arrive at Berlin Brandenburg Airport local time. After loading our luggage onto the waiting vehicle and taking our seats, we visit the Wall of Shame, one of the symbols of the Cold War period; Checkpoint Charlie, one of Berlin’s important checkpoints; Museum Island, one of the city’s symbols; Berlin Cathedral (DOM); Gendarmenmarkt Square; Unter den Linden Street; Brandenburg Gate; the Parliament Building; and Alexanderplatz Square. After free time for shopping and lunch in the city center, we leave Berlin and arrive in Dresden, another beautiful city of Germany, famous for its Baroque and Rococo architecture and known as the Florence of the Elbe. In the city, which was largely destroyed by heavy bombardment during World War II but quickly restored to its present modern form, the places to be seen include Brühl’s Terrace, known as the “Balcony of Europe,” the Elbe River, Albertinum, Academy of Fine Arts, Court Church, Semper Opera House, Zwinger Palace, Old Town Square, Frauenkirche Church, and the Martin Luther Statue. After completing our tour, we have free time in the city center for shopping and dinner, then we check into our hotel. Accommodation will be at our hotel in Dresden.
Dresden - Terezin Camp - Karlovy Vary - Prague
After having breakfast at our hotel, we depart from Dresden and, after a short journey, arrive in the city of Terezín. At the Terezín Camp, one of the most authentic camps bearing the traces of World War II, we visit the Small Fortress, which was used as a prison. Accompanied by detailed explanations, we tour the separate quarters for women and men, the SS military barracks, and the sections built by Nazi Germany. After our visit to the Terezín Camp / Small Fortress, which hosted the films Oscar-winning “Life Is Beautiful” and “The Pianist,” we set off to visit Karlovy Vary, the spa town famous for its baths and porcelain, known to us from the many mentions of Atatürk’s visit there for his treatment, and which in the 18th and 19th centuries was the favorite city of European high society as well as renowned figures from the worlds of art and politics. Our first stop is the Rudolf Hotel, where Atatürk stayed during his treatment. We also see the magnificent mansions built side by side amid the city’s unique natural beauty, the historic Grand Pupp Hotel, which hosts the annual Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, as well as the houses where world figures such as Peter the Great, Goethe, and Beethoven stayed, and we visit the thermal colonnades. After our tour, during the free time given, we have the opportunity to taste traditional Czech delicacies and shop at factory outlet stores selling crystal, porcelain, garnet, amber stones, and other traditional Czech souvenirs. After the free time, we leave Karlovy Vary and head to Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, also known as the Golden City, the City of 100 Spires, and the Fairy Tale City. Upon arriving in the city in the early evening, we check into our hotel. For those who wish, we leave the hotel for an optional Vltava River boat tour with buffet dinner and limited drinks (extra), and transfer to the city center. Guests who do not wish to join the evening activity may spend time in the city center and enjoy their free time to be picked up from the designated place and time determined by the guide. After our two-hour boat tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Prague.
Fully Pragmatic
On this first morning in Prague, after having breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic city tour by seeing the Historic Train Station, the National Museum, the State Opera Building, and Wenceslas Square, and then continue to Vyšehrad, where the city’s legendary story began. In the area where the city was founded in the 10th century, we visit the Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul and start our walk accompanied by views of the Vltava River. First, we arrive at Prague Castle, which has hosted the Bohemian Kings, the Holy Roman Emperors, and the Presidents of Czechoslovakia; from the castle, we see the Old Royal Palace, the Presidential Palace, the seat of the Prague Archdiocese, and St. Vitus Church, the city’s cathedral. Begun in 1344 and completed over six hundred years, the church has hosted the coronation ceremonies of many kings and queens. The remaining sights on our tour include the Alchemist’s Lane, St. George’s Church, the Malá Strana (Lesser Town) district, Charles Bridge with its 30 saint statues, built in the 13th century by Master Architect Peter Parler, the House of Johannes Kepler in the Old Town area, and the historic Astronomical Clock Tower, where performances with the 12 Apostles are held. After our walking tour is completed, we provide free time for dining and shopping. The dazzling garnet and Bohemian crystal, among the most renowned products of the Czech Republic, will especially attract your attention. After the free time, we continue our tour by seeing the Týn Church, the Jan Hus Statue, the Kinsky Palace, built in 1765 and now used as an art museum, and St. Nicholas Church, as well as the house where Franz Kafka was born. Continuing toward the Vltava River, we observe the Josefov district, known for its Jewish population, the Straka Academy, which is used today by the Czech Government, and the Štefánik, Mánes, and Čech Bridges, concluding our tour and returning to our hotel in the early evening. For those who wish, we depart from our hotel and transfer to the city center for an optional (extra) magnificent Medieval Night with dinner, limited drinks, and a show program. Guests who do not wish to join the program may be left in the city center for the evening, and after the traditional night program, they can be picked up from the time and point determined by the guide and transferred back to our hotel. Prague - Bratislava - Budapest
After having our breakfast at the hotel, we leave this beautiful historic city and head toward Budapest. Departing from the Czech Republic and crossing into Slovakia, we enjoy a pleasant journey through natural scenery and arrive in Bratislava, the capital of the country. After getting off our vehicle on the banks of the Danube, we take a walking tour in the Old Town, the only capital in the world that borders two countries at once (Austria and Hungary). Seeing important landmarks such as Bratislava Castle, the Parliament, St. Martin’s Cathedral, the historic building where Mozart gave his first concert at the age of 6, Grassalkovich Palace, and the Slovak National Theatre, we complete our walking tour and take a break for lunch. After some free time, we continue on to central Budapest. Upon arrival, we reach Heroes’ Square by passing through the city’s historic squares and boulevards, along with the statues of important figures who shaped the country’s history. After listening to our guide’s explanations and taking photos, we enjoy free time for strolling, shopping, and dinner on Váci Street, the city’s most famous and lively avenue. For those who wish, we also offer an optional one-hour Danube River boat tour (extra). After a delightful excursion, we return to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel in Budapest.
Budapest - Esztergom - Visegrád - Szentendre
After breakfast at our hotel, we set out to carry out our Esztergom & Visegrád & Szentendre tour. Our first stop is Esztergom Castle, which holds special significance in both Hungarian and Ottoman history and is known as the “guardian” of the Danube. We visit Esztergom Castle, captured in 1543 by the Ottoman army under the command of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, and the Esztergom Basilica built upon it, the largest church in Hungary. After our visit, along a route that offers some of the most beautiful views of the Danube River, we continue by seeing Visegrád Castle, which was built to stop armies advancing from the east. We then head to Szentendre Artists’ Village, where we will have the opportunity to buy all kinds of Hungarian souvenirs at affordable prices, and after information about the village, we are given free time for shopping. After gathering again, we leave Szentendre and return to Budapest, the country’s capital, which emerged with the unification of Buda and Pest in 1873 after 145 years of Ottoman rule, and continue our sightseeing. We see the historic bridges over the Danube River running through the center of the city, the Opera House, the Royal Palace, and the Parliament Building, the city’s iconic structure and an architectural masterpiece. Following our guided visit to Heroes’ Square, which was prepared for the celebrations held in 1896 in honor of Hungary’s thousandth anniversary, where we see the Millennium Monument and statues of Hungarian heroes, we pass by Margaret Island, famous for its Olympic swimming facilities, and Margaret Bridge, and head up to Buda Castle in the city center of Budapest. After visiting the historic Matthias Church and Fisherman’s Bastion, two of the city’s architectural wonders, we return to our hotel. Those guests who wish may leave our hotel together with us for an optional Unlimited Wine, Dinner, and Hungarian Gypsy Night (extra), and after the two-hour program we return to our hotel. Budapest - Vienna
After our breakfast at the hotel, we leave Budapest and, with short stops along the way and a pleasant journey, head to Vienna, the city that is the heart of music, architecture, painting, and sculpture; that has resisted the hardships of the World Wars without losing any of its elegance; and that offers a unique synthesis of the Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, Neo-Classical, and Art Nouveau art movements, like an open-air museum with its long boulevards. Upon arrival in the city, we begin our tour of Vienna. Among the places we will see are the Academy of Applied Arts, where Austria’s world-renowned painter Gustav Klimt studied and taught; Kursalon Concert Hall; Bristol Hotel, where Atatürk also stayed; the State Opera House; Maria Theresa Square; the Museum of Art History; the Natural History Museum; the Parliament; City Hall (Rathaus); the magnificent buildings of the University of Vienna; and the Hofburg Palace. After completing our tour, we begin our excursion to Schönbrunn Palace, Hundertwasser Houses, and the Vienna Woods. First, we tour panoramically, accompanied by explanations, Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens, whose construction was started by Emperor Leopold at the end of the 17th century, which served as the summer palace of the Habsburg dynasty, and which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1996. Following our program here, we visit the Hundertwasser Houses, among the city’s most striking contemporary artistic landmarks with their asymmetrical architectural elements, and we allow free time on Mariahilferstrasse, Vienna’s famous shopping street, for shopping and lunch. Vienna - Hallstatt - Salzburg - Munich
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart from Vienna and head to the town of Hallstatt, located at the foot of the Dachstein Alps on the shores of Lake Hallstatt, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997 and is among the 100 places to see before you die, known for its natural beauty and historical significance. In this charming town, which attracts tourists from all over the world with its historic houses, churches, and preserved structure, and which we often see on social media with its stunning scenery, we will have free time to walk around and enjoy ourselves with the guidance of our tour guide. At the end of our free time in this town, whose beauty you will never tire of admiring, we head to Salzburg, the birthplace of the world-famous composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. In this city, which is very close to Germany, we see its most popular sights: the Festung Hohensalzburg Fortress, one of Europe’s largest castles with a 900-year history, seen from the outside; the Mirabell Palace Gardens, adorned with flowers and impressive statues; the Old Town and Residence Square, where buildings from the Middle Ages, Baroque, and Renaissance periods are located; and Makartsteg Bridge, where lovers hang locks with their wishes. We walk along the Salzach River, which divides Salzburg into two, where you can feel the perfect symphony created by the sound of birds and the river while sitting on the benches, and we visit Getreidegasse, Salzburg’s heart and most beautiful street, lined with famous brand stores. We see Mozart’s birthplace (from the outside) and Kapitelplatz, with a man statue standing on a huge golden sphere. We visit Mozartplatz, which has charming cafes and mobile libraries, and also houses Mozart’s magnificent statue. After touring the stunning Salzburg Cathedral, one of the finest examples of Baroque architecture, with its beautiful façade reliefs, statues, and interior, we will have free time in this lovely city. After regrouping, we cross the German border and continue toward Munich. Upon arrival in Munich, the third largest city in Germany after Berlin and Hamburg, we transfer to our hotel and check in. Accommodation will be at our hotel in Munich.
Munich - Izmir - Antalya
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out of our rooms and begin exploring Munich, the third-largest city in Germany after Berlin and Hamburg. Our first stop in this city is Marienplatz. Among the places to see are the Neues Rathaus (New Town Hall, 1867–1909), a typical example of Gothic architecture featuring the statue of the Virgin Mary, the Altes Rathaus (Old Town Hall), now used as a toy museum, Frauenkirche, and Maximilian Street. After a break on Maximilian Street, known as the city’s liveliest avenue, we transfer to Munich Airport. After completing passport procedures to board our SunExpress Airlines flight, we arrive at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at local time. Upon arrival, we collect our luggage and prepare for our flight to Antalya. After completing our check-in and baggage procedures once again, we board our SunExpress Airlines flight and arrive in Antalya. We say goodbye, hoping to meet again on another tour program.
