This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your travel agency.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa policy to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the traveler. Since there may be a request from the police officer responsible at the country's entry-exit points for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when our guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 years of age and their parents pay attention to this matter.
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency providing services with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues in the destination are open/closed and weather conditions.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable or convertible (coach beds), participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply to one (1) child staying with two adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section. Breakfasts included in the tour services at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
The currency of Singapore is the Singapore Dollar (SGD). The currency of Thailand is the Thai Baht (THB). We recommend carrying small denominations of EURO and Dollars during your trip.
There is a time difference of 5 hours in winter schedule and 4 hours in summer schedule between Turkey and Southeast Asia, the location we are visiting.
All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone is enabled for international roaming. However, there may be no network coverage in some areas of the country.
We recommend bringing t-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for evenings. In addition, you may bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, cameras, video cameras, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are very common. Spices specific to the region are used in dishes, but you will feel that the meals we provide throughout the tour suit your taste preferences.
Although all the mentioned countries use 230 volts electricity, hotels use 220 volts electricity. The sockets are Type A (two-pin) and Type B (three-pin). Aside from souvenirs from the mentioned countries, you may find products unique to the country visited such as wristwatches and natural food and beverage items. You can also obtain electronic goods, etc. However, there is a restriction on bringing electronic goods into our country. Customs authorities seize items exceeding certain quantities.
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Küheylan Tur is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler. Küheylan Tur acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing tour and flight. Küheylan Tur is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be visited or entered due to restrictions by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, Küheylan Tur is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
