PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your travel agency.

VISA

SINGAPOUR – THAILAND General Passport: Visa not required Green Passport: Visa not required Service Passport: Visa not required In destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be made using the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your travel agency. To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa policy to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the traveler. Since there may be a request from the police officer responsible at the country's entry-exit points for a document showing the joint consent of the parents when our guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 years of age and their parents pay attention to this matter.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency providing services with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues in the destination are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable or convertible (coach beds), participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply to one (1) child staying with two adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section. Breakfasts included in the tour services at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Singapore is the Singapore Dollar (SGD). The currency of Thailand is the Thai Baht (THB). We recommend carrying small denominations of EURO and Dollars during your trip.

TIME ZONE

There is a time difference of 5 hours in winter schedule and 4 hours in summer schedule between Turkey and Southeast Asia, the location we are visiting.

PHONE USAGE

All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone is enabled for international roaming. However, there may be no network coverage in some areas of the country.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

We recommend bringing t-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for evenings. In addition, you may bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, cameras, video cameras, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are very common. Spices specific to the region are used in dishes, but you will feel that the meals we provide throughout the tour suit your taste preferences.

ELECTRICITY

Although all the mentioned countries use 230 volts electricity, hotels use 220 volts electricity. The sockets are Type A (two-pin) and Type B (three-pin). SHOPPING

Aside from souvenirs from the mentioned countries, you may find products unique to the country visited such as wristwatches and natural food and beverage items. You can also obtain electronic goods, etc. However, there is a restriction on bringing electronic goods into our country. Customs authorities seize items exceeding certain quantities.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Bin Rota is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler. BinRota acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing tour and flight. BinRota is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be visited or entered due to restrictions by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, Bin Rota is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Singapore
We will meet at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, and after completing ticket and baggage procedures, we will depart for Singapore on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, we will transfer to our hotel via a private vehicle waiting for us in the arrivals area. The remainder of the day will be free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Singapore - Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic city tour of Singapore. During this tour, we cross the Cavenagh, Clemenceau, and Anderson bridges while enjoying panoramic views of key landmarks such as Merlion, Raffles Landing Site, and Esplanade. Following the tour, we transfer to the airport in a private vehicle for our flight to Phuket. After completing check-in procedures with our tickets, passports, and luggage, we depart for Phuket on a local airline. Upon arrival in Phuket after approximately two hours of travel, we transfer to our accommodation via private vehicle and spend the night at our hotel.
Phuket
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, you will have the rest of the day free. Guests who wish may join an optional half-day excursion to the Phi Phi Islands (100 USD), including lunch, organized by our guide. During this tour, we take a speedboat to one of Thailand's most exotic islands for a full-day adventure. Our speedboats provide quick access from Phuket to Phi Phi Don, the first of two pristine coral paradise islands nearby. You'll enjoy swimming and sunbathing at Maya Bay, famous for its palm-fringed beach and crystal-clear turquoise waters, where scenes from Leonardo DiCaprio's film "The Beach" were filmed. You won't be able to get enough of the sun and sand. Next, we visit Phi Phi Ley, where we explore the Viking Cave. Lunch is served on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we return to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Phuket
Breakfast at the hotel in the morning, followed by a full day of free time. For guests who wish to join an optional excursion led by our guide, we will depart on our boat for a half-day trip to James Bond Island (100 USD), featuring lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages on board. Our first stop will be the stunning Panak and Hong islands, frequently featured in documentaries. During this adventure using our private canoes, you will witness breathtaking natural scenery as we navigate through hidden coves and caves. After enjoying an open buffet lunch on the boat, we will proceed to James Bond Island, famous for being the filming location of the "Goldfinger" episode. Here, you will have free time to visit the iconic rock formation and beach, shop with local Muslim villagers, and take plenty of photos. The final stop of the tour will be either Lawa Island or Naka Island, where you can swim, sunbathe, and relax (subject to weather conditions). After the tour, we will return to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Phuket
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, you will have free time throughout the day. You can explore Phuket's colorful streets, try different local flavors at restaurants, or simply enjoy the sea and sun. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Phuket - Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we will transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. We will fly to Bangkok with a local airline. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we will board our private vehicles waiting for us and proceed to our panoramic city tour. During the tour, we will visit the Golden Buddha, Chinatown, Flower Street, the Parliament Building, the Democracy Monument, and Royal City Road. After the sightseeing, we will transfer back to our hotel and check in. Guests who wish may join an optional evening tour organized by our guide, featuring dinner at Baiyoke Sky Tower & Asiatique Night Market (90 USD). In this tour, Baiyoke Sky Tower stands 309 meters tall as Thailand's tallest building with 85 floors. On its 77th floor, you can enjoy an open buffet dinner while taking in breathtaking 360-degree views of the entire city. Next, we will head to Asiatique, a vibrant entertainment hub where history and modernity blend seamlessly. Built in the area that was once the site of the first trade between the historic Kingdom of Siam and overseas European nations, Asiatique features over 1,500 shops and restaurants. We will have free time for shopping before transferring back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Bangkok
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional floating market tour organized by our guide for $80 USD. During this excursion, we will venture outside Bangkok and first stop at Samut Songkram, the birthplace of the world-famous Siam Twins, where we visit a coconut plantation. Here, you will learn how the Thai people utilize every part of the coconut tree and view handmade souvenirs crafted from coconuts. From there, after approximately 10 minutes by bus, we arrive at the pier where traditional Thai-style boats depart. Boarding these boats, you will enjoy a delightful half-hour journey through breathtaking exotic Far Eastern landscapes before reaching the renowned Floating Market, featured on magazine covers and documentary intros. You will explore the open-air market set up on canoes along the river and have the opportunity to shop. On the return trip to Bangkok, your guide will arrange tastings of Thailand's most famous tropical fruits. Guests who wish may also join an optional Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise for $70 USD. Known as the Venice of the East, Bangkok offers an unforgettable evening dinner aboard our 41-meter-wide boat cruising along the royal Chao Phraya River, accompanied by live music. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Bangkok - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, you will have free time. Later, at the time determined by our guide, we will transfer to the airport. Following baggage check-in, ticket procedures, and customs formalities, we will fly to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. The overnight stay will be on the plane.
