To benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted via metro. Our guide may make changes to the dates of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or season. Prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
If a tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
In our programs, the guide must meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
Guests must notify their guide at least 24 hours in advance regarding cancellation or changes to extra tours. The cancellation/refund status of requested extra tours may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, the agency will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible due to closure of sites by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event along the route, or weather conditions. In such cases, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where possible, if roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted.
Guide meetings in our tour programs take place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, the guide must be present at the reception of the hotel where accommodation is provided before the pickup time given by the guide.
Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided.
To avoid being affected by currency exchange rate fluctuations, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn banknotes are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, reservation procedures for extra tours will not be made with old-type banknotes that banks will not accept.
Since our tour packages are international, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.
Old/worn banknotes are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, reservation procedures for extra tours will not be made with old-type banknotes that banks will not accept.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. The AGENCY is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger; the AGENCY cannot assume any liability.
To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, the situation is the responsibility of the guests.
The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The AGENCY bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The AGENCY only performs its role as an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the AGENCY has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
When the AGENCY submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be verified by the guest. The AGENCY is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding.
For passengers who will submit their own visa applications, obtaining required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the AGENCY is not responsible for any potential delays.
If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/is unable to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar charges paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and timing may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms; however, if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
Whether obtained from the AGENCY or not, our guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering fines due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being denied entry at border crossings. Since this situation is outside the AGENCY's control, the parties acknowledge that the AGENCY bears no responsibility in such cases.
To ensure economic and time benefits for the group, guests who wish not to participate in tours made along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour concludes. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests, and our tour will continue.
Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days, provided the content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the AGENCY is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY cannot be held liable for the inability to conduct these tours.
Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in such cases.
Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must arrange and pay for their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, area-city or area-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before performing the upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
While temporarily or fully leaving the transportation vehicles used during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings without omission.
The AGENCY may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
The AGENCY is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the AGENCY cannot be held liable.
General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
