CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.
• This program does not include guiding service. It is organized independently, separately from the group.
• !!! Guests whose passports have a K.K.T.C. stamp cannot enter Greece !!!
• The Accommodation Tax charged by the Government of Greece is not included in the package prices and must be paid in cash to the hotel by guests upon entry.
Rhodes Island Visa on Arrival Fee; 30 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.
For visa on arrival applications for Rhodes Island, a passport valid for 1 year from the end date of travel is required.
Documents required for Visa on Arrival applications;
- Application Form (We prepare and send it on behalf of the guests, it must be signed and sent by cargo)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Photocopy of ID Card
- If any, photocopies of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years
- 4 Biometric Photos (3.5x4.5 cm)
- Travel Health Insurance (in English Policy, starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the travel period, with 30 Thousand Euro coverage)
- Bank Statement (showing transactions from the last 3 months retrospectively, with an available balance equivalent to 600 Euro in TL on the date the statement is obtained (excluding overdraft), and the account must be active and transactional.)
- For applications of children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the parent not participating in the trip and its English translation made by a sworn translator are strictly required.
Visa on Arrival; unlike a Schengen Visa, it is not a visa type that is finalized in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made from Turkish Ports without a visa. The final result is determined at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. No information is given from the islands before the travel day; however, in some negative assessment cases, 2/3 days before the travel date, information is received that the guest's application has been negatively evaluated and that they should not come. In case of a negative evaluation, no written or verbal notification is made by the other side regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.
