CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.

• !!! Guests whose passports have a K.K.T.C. stamp cannot enter Greece !!!

• The Accommodation Tax charged by the Government of Greece is not included in the package prices and must be paid in cash to the hotel by guests upon entry.

  • Rhodes Island Visa on Arrival Fee; 30 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.

  • For visa on arrival applications for Rhodes Island, a passport valid for 1 year from the end date of travel is required.

Documents required for Visa on Arrival applications;

- Application Form (We prepare and send it on behalf of the guests, it must be signed and sent by cargo)

- Photocopy of Passport

- Photocopy of ID Card

- If any, photocopies of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years

- 4 Biometric Photos (3.5x4.5 cm)

- Travel Health Insurance (in English Policy, starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the travel period, with 30 Thousand Euro coverage)

- Bank Statement (showing transactions from the last 3 months retrospectively, with an available balance equivalent to 600 Euro in TL on the date the statement is obtained (excluding overdraft), and the account must be active and transactional.)

- For applications of children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the parent not participating in the trip and its English translation made by a sworn translator are strictly required.

Visa on Arrival; unlike a Schengen Visa, it is not a visa type that is finalized in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made from Turkish Ports without a visa. The final result is determined at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. No information is given from the islands before the travel day; however, in some negative assessment cases, 2/3 days before the travel date, information is received that the guest's application has been negatively evaluated and that they should not come. In case of a negative evaluation, no written or verbal notification is made by the other side regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.

Tour Program
Day 1; Marmaris – Rhodes, Free Day on Rhodes Island
Depending on availability, departure from Marmaris Port at 08:45 or 12:00. After completing check-in at least 1 hour before departure at the ferry office located in Marmaris Cruise Port, depart for Rhodes Port by high-speed catamaran. After approximately 1 hour of sea travel, upon arrival on the island, you will be transferred to your hotel by the assistant and transfer vehicle waiting for you at the port. After check-in at the hotel, you may spend your time as you wish. If you like, you can set out to explore the city center and travel back in time through the streets of the best-preserved medieval town in Europe. The magnificent Rhodes Castle, the Palace of the Grand Master, and Street of the Knights are among the places you must see. As the center and largest island of the Dodecanese, Rhodes is ideal in the late afternoon for getting lost in the narrow streets of the old town and taking photos. With its rich history, traces of the civilizations that have lived on the island can be found everywhere. For dinner, we recommend making a reservation in advance at seafood restaurants as well as tavernas offering Greek music. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 2; Rhodes Island Free Day
After breakfast at the hotel, if you wish, you can cool off and sunbathe in Rhodes’ magnificent sea, or do some shopping in the city center. Rhodes, the center of the Dodecanese and its largest island, is ideal in the late afternoon for getting lost in the narrow streets of the Old Town and taking photos. With its rich history, architectural works from the civilizations that have lived on the island can be seen everywhere. For your dinner, we recommend making a reservation in advance at seafood restaurants as well as tavernas with Greek music. Overnight at your hotel.
3rd Day; Free Day in Rhodes Island
After breakfast at your hotel, if you wish, you can rent a car and take a journey back in time on Rhodes, the Aegean island richest in historical and cultural heritage. You can visit Lindos, the island’s cutest, warmest, and most prosperous town. Along your route, you can see the locations in the Kallithea area where several scenes from the film Zorba were shot. Tsampika Monastery, where childless people in Greece go to pray for a child, may also be included in your visits. In Lindos, you will have plenty of time to explore the whitewashed houses, narrow streets, and poetic lanes adorned with white slate stone, and to enjoy its unique sea. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 4; Rhodes Island Free Day, Rhodes - Marmaris
Departing from Marmaris Port at 10:30, 16:00, or 19:15 depending on availability. After breakfast at your hotel, you can spend your time as you wish according to your ferry’s departure time and enjoy the sea and the cafes along the shore. You must be ready at the specified pickup point at the indicated time for the transfer to the port. After the transfer from the hotel to the port and passport control, departure to Marmaris Port. At the end of a sea journey that will take approximately 1 hour, arrival at Marmaris Cruise Port.
