PARTICIPATION CONDITION
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end of the travel date and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send ձեզ.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at country entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.
HEALTH
We do not think that you will encounter any problems threatening your health with meals taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, that you definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return to the homeland.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If a sufficient number cannot be achieved, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and so-called coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
It is advisable to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
The Western America region is 10 hours behind Turkey in daylight saving time and 11 hours behind in winter time.
For example, when it is 16:30 in Turkey in winter, it is 06:30 in Western America.
TELEPHONE USAGE
Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
If you are traveling in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
The country does not have a distinctive cuisine, and a fast-food-oriented culture is dominant. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is common, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Even if there is no food culture, its cuisine embraces many cultures.
ELECTRICITY
The electric current used in America is 110 Volts. In Turkey, it is 220 Volts. We recommend that you bring a socket adapter with you.
SHOPPING
There are shopping opportunities at shopping malls in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry to the country will be granted. The passport police has the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay or the times of the current trip and flight may change before departure. The agency is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and carried out panoramically with commentary by the guide from inside the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be carried out on the day and time corresponding to the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed.
