PARTICIPATION CONDITION 

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end of the travel date and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send ձեզ.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at country entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.

HEALTH

We do not think that you will encounter any problems threatening your health with meals taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, that you definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return to the homeland.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES      

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If a sufficient number cannot be achieved, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION   

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and so-called coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country, and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

TIME ZONE     

The Western America region is 10 hours behind Turkey in daylight saving time and 11 hours behind in winter time.

For example, when it is 16:30 in Turkey in winter, it is 06:30 in Western America.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS  

If you are traveling in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.

FOOD CULTURE           

The country does not have a distinctive cuisine, and a fast-food-oriented culture is dominant. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is common, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Even if there is no food culture, its cuisine embraces many cultures.

ELECTRICITY            

The electric current used in America is 110 Volts. In Turkey, it is 220 Volts. We recommend that you bring a socket adapter with you.

SHOPPING          

There are shopping opportunities at shopping malls in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry to the country will be granted. The passport police has the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay or the times of the current trip and flight may change before departure. The agency is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and carried out panoramically with commentary by the guide from inside the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be carried out on the day and time corresponding to the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Los Angeles
Meeting our valued guests at the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport, we depart on our flight to Los Angeles, one of the largest cities in the United States. After an approximately 13-hour flight, we arrive in Los Angeles. After meeting our private vehicle and guide waiting for us at the airport, we transfer to our hotel. As an important note, according to the rules of hotels in the United States, rooms are available from 3:00 PM onwards. You may relax in the lobby or join the Los Angeles City Tour, which your guide will organize as an optional extra (120 USD per person). We will take a tour introducing Los Angeles, known as the City of Angels and the second-largest city in the USA. Our first stop will be Hollywood Boulevard, which you will remember from the movies. Here, among the places we will see are the Kodak Theatre, where the Oscar ceremonies are held (now renamed the Dolby Theater), the Chinese Theatre, where famous film premieres take place, and the Walk of Fame, featuring the hand and footprints of cinema and music artists. In addition, from this area you will have the chance to photograph the famous Hollywood sign, written in huge letters and symbolizing the city. Afterwards, we continue along the famous Sunset Strip Boulevard to Santa Monica Boulevard and arrive in Beverly Hills. Here we will see the famous Beverly Hills sign. We then take a short walk on the famous Rodeo Drive, where the world’s most luxurious stores are located, and where the film “Pretty Woman” was shot, and we will see the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, which was the residence of stars such as Elvis Presley and John Lennon for many years. After leaving Rodeo Drive, we transfer to our hotel after the tour. After room assignments, free time to relax. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Santa Monica tour (60 USD per person), which your guide will organize as an optional extra. In vibrant Santa Monica, filled with street performers, you can unwind with a drink at stylish cafés and have dinner at one of the restaurants in this beautiful area. Overnight at our hotel. (Note: For the better use of our guests’ time, our guides may conduct the Santa Monica tour before going to the hotel.)
Los Angeles
The whole day is free time. Those who wish may join the Universal Studios tour, which will be organized additionally by your guide (250 USD per person). In this park, one of the largest in the world, you will have the opportunity to see up close how the films that played a role in shaping the American dream were made and the heroes of these films. You will better understand why Universal Studios, with creative consulting by world-renowned director Steven Spielberg, is the world’s number one studio and theme park. However, this park is not just entertainment; it is also the product of nearly a century of the history and technology of world cinema. With more than 40 shows, film sets, and attractions, it will not only draw you in and entertain you, but also take your breath away and make you feel like you are inside the movies. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in the evening and overnight at our hotel.
Los Angeles
The whole day is free. Guests who wish may join the San Diego tour, which will be arranged as an extra by your guide (USD 170 per person). In San Diego, which has been chosen as America’s most beautiful city for many years, our first stop will be La Jolla. In La Jolla, famous for its seal beach and coastline, you will see the harmony of nature and luxury homes and take plenty of photos. After leaving La Jolla, we will head to our second stop, Old Town. In Old Town, the birthplace of California, a Mexican atmosphere awaits you. After Old Town, we will visit Sea Port Village, the Midway aircraft carrier, the Unconditional Surrender Statue, the iconic visual symbol of World War II, and Coronado Island, where the American naval base is located and where you will also find the historic Hotel Del Coronado, the largest wooden building in America and the filming location of Some Like It Hot. After the tour, return to the hotel and overnight at our hotel. NOTE: The visit to the Midway aircraft carrier will be made only from the outside for photo taking.
Los Angeles - Las Vegas
We depart from our hotel in the morning and travel by private vehicle to Las Vegas, the city of lights, which is Nevada’s most important tourist center and home to some of the world’s largest hotels. After checking in to the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Outlet Shopping & Panoramic City Tour (70 USD per person), organized by their guide. After shopping, we take a panoramic tour introducing the famous Las Vegas Strip and its hotels, then return to the hotel. In the evening, Las Vegas’s world-famous shows and thousands of tables and slot machines await those who want to try their luck. Overnight at our hotel.
Las Vegas
You will have free time all day. Guests who wish may join the Grand Canyon tour, organized as an extra by their guide, for USD 250 per person. In the morning, we depart from our hotel by private vehicle and head from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon in the state of Arizona. After a journey of approximately 2 hours, we arrive at Grand Canyon. We board buses that will take us around the area. At the final stop, Eagle Point, we have the opportunity to take magnificent photos of the canyon right next to an 800-meter cliff. Here, we also have the chance to photograph the tents of the Hualapai Native Americans. From there, we board the bus again and go to Guano Point. Afterwards, we return to the terminal, get back into our vehicle, and set off for Las Vegas. We recommend not missing this tour, where you have the opportunity to meet the Hualapai Native Americans, who own this magnificent canyon, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and a place that must be seen at least once in a lifetime. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Accommodation is at our hotel.
Las Vegas - San Francisco
We will depart from our hotel in the morning and head to Las Vegas Airport for our flight to San Francisco. After our flight, which will take less than 2 hours, we will arrive at San Francisco Airport. Upon arrival, our private vehicle will be waiting for us and we will transfer to our hotel. For the rest of the day, guests who wish may join the San Francisco city tour organized as an extra by their guide (100 USD per person). On this tour, we will have the opportunity to get to know this beautiful city more closely. Civic Center, the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, Twin Peaks, Haight and Ashbury where the hippies settled, the Palace of Fine Arts, and Lombard Street are among the places we will see. After the tour, following free time for dinner, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
San Francisco - New York
The entire day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Sausalito – Alcatraz by Boat – Fisherman’s Wharf – Cable Car – Union Square tour organized by their guide (120 USD). With our private vehicle, we head to Sausalito, where San Francisco’s formerly high-ranking officials and now its wealthiest residents live. After an approximately 15-minute bus ride, we will arrive in the very charming town of Sausalito. As you walk along the waterfront, you will see beautiful houses and sip your coffee at seaside cafés overlooking the San Francisco view. Then, as we return to San Francisco by boat, you will have the chance to photograph Alcatraz, once known as the world’s most escape-proof prison, while also witnessing the magnificent views of San Francisco. Our boat docks at Pier 39, one of San Francisco’s symbols. After a short visit to the sea lions basking in the sun, and after a free lunch at a restaurant of your choice based on your guide’s recommendations, we will enjoy a pleasant ride on the famous San Francisco streetcars known from movies as Cable Car (the red trams) to Union Square. After the tour, transfer to the airport and departure to New York on a domestic flight. Overnight on board the plane.
New York
We arrive in New York early in the morning. Upon arrival in New York, we leave the airport with our private vehicle and set off for our transfer to the hotel. (Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and later). Guests who wish may join the optional New York city tour (USD 100 per person). We begin our tour of New York, one of the world’s most exciting and colorful cities, with Central Park, which is larger than Monaco and accompanied by the colors of thousands of plant species. Then we continue with the famous Times Square, where the heart of the city beats, the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal, which has hosted many films, the Empire State Building (from the outside), and Rockefeller Center, where we conclude our tour. After the tour, we return to our hotel, where we will stay overnight.
New York
All day is free at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional New York Icons tour (USD 200 per person). First, we board a boat to Liberty Island, where the Statue of Liberty, one of the symbols of New York and the United States, is located. According to the story, because erecting such a large statue in Egypt would have caused public reaction, it was kept in a warehouse in France for years. Later, additions were made to the statue by the French and it was gifted to the United States. After seeing the monument up close, we board the boat again and return to New York. Then, among the places we will see are the Financial District and the World Trade Center. Afterwards, we take fast elevators up to the 101st floor of One World Observatory, where we will have the chance to see and photograph New York’s unique skyline from a height of 386 meters. After enjoying this magnificent view, we take a walk on the Brooklyn Bridge, which was once tested for strength with elephants and is frequently featured in TV series and films, and see Chinatown, our final stop on the tour, before returning to our hotel. Accommodation is at our hotel.
New York - Istanbul
We are completing the check-out procedures from our hotel in Sabah. You will have free time until late afternoon. In the late afternoon, transfer to New York JFK airport. Departure to Istanbul and overnight on the plane.
