The Bali Government will apply a Tourist Levy to foreign tourists traveling by air, sea, and land. The levy must be paid electronically and will not apply to local Indonesian tourists. All foreign visitors will be charged a tourism tax of 150,000 IDR (10 USD).
1- Our passengers can fill in their data and pay the fee via the Love Bali App on mobile or through the website https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id before arriving at the Bali arrival gate.
2- The payment methods to be used must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, or QRIS.
3- If payment cannot be made via the Love Bali app, foreign tourists will be required to make a non-cash payment at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.
4- Upon successful completion of the transaction, our foreign tourist passengers will receive a notification confirming that the fee has been paid. After payment is completed, passengers may enter the country.
PARTICIPATION CONDITION
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the start of the tour. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Every passenger traveling to Malaysia must create a Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) by filling out the form accessible via the link below three (3) days prior to arrival. This document, which will be sent to email addresses, is required to facilitate passengers' arrival in Malaysia and expedite entry procedures. To submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card, passengers must use the official online platform and provide all necessary information completely.
All passengers traveling to Malaysia must fill out and submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) form with their personal details via the link below three (3) days before the departure date of their flight. Upon completion of the process, the MDAC will be sent via email.

INDONESIA
Holders of Ordinary Passports are subject to visa-on-arrival in Indonesia. Holders of Diplomatic, Service, and Special Passports are exempt from visas for travel to said country.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the end date of your trip and must not be older than 10 years.
In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted using the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa Application" list provided by your agency.
HEALTH
There are no mandatory vaccination requirements for entry into Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. We do not believe there will be any health issues with the food consumed. We recommend against drinking tap water.
EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency providing services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. In case sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide based on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.
Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the third person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or convertible sofa beds, participants who are the third person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour package, as part of the services provided at the hotel, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally offered as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. For groups, this may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Singapore (SGD) is the Singapore Dollar.
The currency of Malaysia (MYR) is Ringgit,
And the currency of Indonesia (IDR) is Indonesian Rupiah.
We recommend bringing small denominations of EURO and US Dollars during your trip.
TIME ZONE
There is a time difference of 5 hours in winter schedule and 4 hours in summer schedule between Turkey and Southeast Asia, the destination we are visiting. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in Kuala Lumpur.
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
We recommend bringing t-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for evenings. Additionally, you may bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, cameras, video cameras, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are very common. Spices specific to the region are used in cooking, but you will find that the meals we provide throughout the tour suit your taste.
SHOPPING
Aside from souvenirs from the mentioned countries, you may find products unique to the country visited, such as wristwatches, natural foods, and beverages. You can also obtain electronic items, etc. However, there are restrictions on bringing electronic items back to our country. Items exceeding certain quantities will be confiscated by customs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. Immigration police have the authority to deny you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available options, at locations where road access is restricted or vehicle entry is not permitted.
