The Bali Government will apply a Tourist Levy to foreign tourists traveling by air, sea, and land. The levy must be paid electronically and will not apply to local Indonesian tourists. All foreign visitors will be charged a tourism tax of 150,000 IDR (10 USD).

1- Our passengers can fill in their data and pay the fee via the Love Bali App on mobile or through the website https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id before arriving at the Bali arrival gate.

2- The payment methods to be used must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, or QRIS.

3- If payment cannot be made via the Love Bali app, foreign tourists will be required to make a non-cash payment at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.

4- Upon successful completion of the transaction, our foreign tourist passengers will receive a notification confirming that the fee has been paid. After payment is completed, passengers may enter the country.

PARTICIPATION CONDITION

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  In case sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the start of the tour. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Every passenger traveling to Malaysia must create a Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) by filling out the form accessible via the link below three (3) days prior to arrival. This document, which will be sent to email addresses, is required to facilitate passengers' arrival in Malaysia and expedite entry procedures. To submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card, passengers must use the official online platform and provide all necessary information completely.

 All passengers traveling to Malaysia must fill out and submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) form with their personal details via the link below three (3) days before the departure date of their flight. Upon completion of the process, the MDAC will be sent via email.

INDONESIA

Holders of Ordinary Passports are subject to visa-on-arrival in Indonesia. Holders of Diplomatic, Service, and Special Passports are exempt from visas for travel to said country. 

Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the end date of your trip and must not be older than 10 years. 

In destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted using the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa Application" list provided by your agency.

HEALTH

There are no mandatory vaccination requirements for entry into Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. We do not believe there will be any health issues with the food consumed. We recommend against drinking tap water.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency providing services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. In case sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour/activity prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide based on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers.

Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the third person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or convertible sofa beds, participants who are the third person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.

Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour package, as part of the services provided at the hotel, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally offered as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. For groups, this may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

CURRENCY

The currency of Singapore (SGD) is the Singapore Dollar.

The currency of Malaysia (MYR) is Ringgit,

And the currency of Indonesia (IDR) is Indonesian Rupiah.

We recommend bringing small denominations of EURO and US Dollars during your trip.

TIME ZONE

There is a time difference of 5 hours in winter schedule and 4 hours in summer schedule between Turkey and Southeast Asia, the destination we are visiting. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in Kuala Lumpur.

CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS

We recommend bringing t-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for evenings. Additionally, you may bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, cameras, video cameras, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are very common. Spices specific to the region are used in cooking, but you will find that the meals we provide throughout the tour suit your taste.

SHOPPING

Aside from souvenirs from the mentioned countries, you may find products unique to the country visited, such as wristwatches, natural foods, and beverages. You can also obtain electronic items, etc. However, there are restrictions on bringing electronic items back to our country. Items exceeding certain quantities will be confiscated by customs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. Immigration police have the authority to deny you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.  

The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available options, at locations where road access is restricted or vehicle entry is not permitted.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Kuala Lumpur
We will meet at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, proceed with ticket and baggage procedures, and then depart for Kuala Lumpur on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. We will spend the night on board.
Kuala Lumpur
Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, we will begin our city tour of Kuala Lumpur with a private vehicle waiting for us in the arrivals area. The tour includes panoramic views of Independence Square, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Royal Palace, National Museum, Parliament House, National Monument, National Mosque, and Railway Station. After the tour, you will have free time to explore on your own. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Kuala Lumpur - Bali
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we will check out and transfer to the airport in Denpasar, Bali, via our private vehicle. Following ticket, passport, and baggage procedures, we will depart for Denpasar on a local airline. After approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes of travel, we arrive in Denpasar and begin our panoramic island tour with our private car. Upon completion of the tour, we return to our hotel. Guests who wish may join an optional guided excursion to Uluwatu Temple (USD 60), organized by our guide. Discover Uluwatu Temple perched atop dramatic cliffs. Built in the 11th century, this temple offers a glimpse into ancient life within its enchanting coastal setting. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean from 70 meters above sea level, and while taking in the scenery, you'll have the opportunity to interact with the friendly monkeys that inhabit the temple grounds. After the tour, we return to our hotel and settle into our rooms. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Bali
After breakfast at our hotel, the rest of the day is free. Guests who wish may join an optional tour to Kintamani (Volcano), including lunch, for $110 USD. Our journey begins with a visit to Batubulan village to witness the traditional Balinese Barong dance, a captivating performance depicting the eternal struggle between good and evil. Following this cultural experience, we proceed to Celuk village, where we will have the opportunity to observe how skilled artisans transform silver and wood into exquisite works of art. Next, we head to Kintamani to admire the breathtaking beauty of Mount Batur volcano and enjoy lunch with panoramic views of the crater lake. Afterward, we visit Tirta Empul Temple, also known as the Holy Water Temple. Following our temple visit, we explore the Gunung Kawi Royal Tombs. The tour concludes with a stop at the stunning Tegalalang Rice Terraces before returning to our hotel for the night.
Bali
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join our optional Monkey Forest and Ubud tour (USD 110), organized by our guide. During the Ubud tour, we will explore one of the island's most beautiful regions. Many scenes from the film "Eat, Pray, Love," starring Julia Roberts, were filmed in Ubud. We reach Ubud after a one-hour journey. First, we visit Singapadu village to gain a closer look at Balinese art. Then, we head to the Sacred Monkey Forest, home to the sacred spring bath temple where traditional cremation ceremonies take place. This tour allows us to discover Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali, and experience the Monkey Forest immersed in nature. Initially, we visit the Ubud Monkey Forest, which houses hundreds of long-tailed macaques that roam freely and are considered sacred. Walking through this tropical forest surrounded by ancient temples, you will enjoy a unique atmosphere. After the tour, we return to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Bali
After breakfast at our hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join the optional "Bali Breeze" tour organized by our guide (including lunch - 110 USD). We depart from the hotel towards the Klungkung region. Our first stop is the ancient Kerta Gosa court building. After the visit, we continue our journey to the Bukit Jambul area, accompanied by breathtaking views. We then visit the Besakih Temple, the main temple of Bali Hinduism, and learn detailed information about Hinduism. Following a meal at a local restaurant, we explore fields where famous Luwak coffee and Indonesian spices are grown. Next, we visit Kehen, one of Bali's most beautiful temples and the central temple of the Bangli Kingdom. Our final stop will be Penglipuran Village, renowned for its traditional gates. We then return to our hotel for an overnight stay.
Bali - Singapore
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we will complete our check-out procedures and transfer to the airport via private vehicle for our flight to Singapore. Upon arrival in Singapore with a local airline, we will be transferred to our hotel by an awaiting private car. En route to the hotel, we will take a panoramic city tour, visiting key landmarks including the Singapore River, Parliament House, Opera House, Supreme Court building, the iconic Merlion statue, and Chinatown. After concluding the tour, we will arrive at the hotel and complete our check-in. Guests who wish may optionally join our guide's organized Gardens by the Bay Park and Singapore Evening Tour (USD 100). During this excursion, we will visit Gardens by the Bay, Singapore's emblematic park, renowned for its massive "Supertree" structures, illuminated walkways, and unique botanical gardens, where you will witness the convergence of nature and technology. Following the park visit, we will proceed to the Marina Bay area, reflecting the city's modern face, and explore Singapore's silhouette under the evening lights. The tour will conclude with a riverside stroll and photo stops alongside iconic structures before transferring back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Singapore – Istanbul
After completing our check-out procedures at the hotel, we transfer to the airport in our private vehicle for our flight to Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul marks the end of our tour.
