VISA
Ordinary Passport ✅ Visa required
Green Passport ❌ Visa not required
Service Passport ❌ Visa not required
Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and must not be older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you. To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent may be asked by police officers at country entry and exit points to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
*Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport where a visa is required) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
*As of April 10, 2026, under the European Entry/Exit System (EES), which entered into force in European Union countries, passport control procedures at border crossings are carried out by collecting biometric data (fingerprints and facial recognition).
Due to this application, situations such as congestion at airports and border gates, long waiting times, system delays, or the inability to read biometric data may occur.
These procedures are entirely under the control of the relevant country’s border security units, and our agency has no authority to intervene. Therefore, our agency cannot be held responsible for delays, waiting times, or any resulting disruptions to the itinerary.
It is strongly recommended that our guests ensure their passports are physically suitable, that there are no conditions that could prevent biometric data from being collected (cuts, wounds, excessive cream, etc.), and that they allow sufficient time for border procedures. “This application is an international security procedure, and all guests purchasing the tour are deemed to have accepted this process.”
CURRENCY
The currency used in European countries is the Euro. It is recommended that you carry small amounts of Euros with you.
TIME ZONE
Italy is 2 hours behind Türkiye during the winter time zone. For example, when it is 18:30 in Türkiye, it is 16:30 in Italy.
FOOD CULTURE
Italian cuisine; with fresh and natural ingredients taking center stage, Italian cuisine is among the most popular cuisines in the world, featuring pasta, pizza, olive oil, cheese, and seafood. Pizza, Risotto, Lasagna, Ravioli, Gnocchi, Tiramisu, and Gelato are the main delicacies that have become symbols of Italy.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
The electrical outlets used in Italy are generally compatible with those in Türkiye. However, since different types of outlets may be encountered in some older facilities, it is recommended that you bring a plug converter (adapter) so that you can use your electronic devices without problems.
SHOPPING
You will also have the opportunity to shop comfortably during our visit to Castel Romano Designer Outlet, one of the largest shopping centers in Rome and the region, as well as at shopping centers located in city centers. There are also opportunities to shop at small stalls selling souvenirs.
TOURS & OPTIONAL TOURS and ACTIVITIES
*All City and Cultural Tours written in the itinerary are included in the price.
*If optional tours and activities or program options such as boat trips are explicitly stated in the itinerary, they are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations are open/closed and on weather conditions.
*The agency reserves the right to change the tour route when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
*Tours or excursions that are not permitted for any reason by local authorities or for other reasons will not take place. The Agency cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be carried out.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers.
*Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed provided for the third person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds, participants making reservations for a third person and/or children are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible lack of space and bed type in the rooms.
*Child discounts are valid for children staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.
*Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at the hotel are provided in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited.
*In case of possible disruptions arising from technical problems reported to us by hotel management, our agency reserves the right to change the names of the hotels, provided that their category remains the same.
CLOTHING and NECESSARY ITEMS
During the autumn and winter periods, we recommend bringing clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm, as well as an umbrella and a lightweight raincoat. In addition, we recommend bringing a camera, video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.
ABOUT AIRLINE TICKETS and FLIGHTS
*Before the tour date, our agency will share the flight times and the reservation number information for the airline tickets. Since this is a group reservation, you can complete your baggage and customs procedures with only your passport, without a ticket, at the specified time and counter. Check-in procedures are carried out by our agency.
*During registration, the name appearing in the passport, date of birth, passport number, and identity number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any no-show fees resulting from the cancellation or changes to airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
*Our agency is not responsible for losses arising from payments made to hotels and airline companies in cases where you arrive late for the flight or are unable to catch the relevant flight due to reasons attributable to you and therefore cannot participate.
*Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing tour and flight. Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our agency is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
*Children between the ages of 0 and 2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.

*If your passport is lost or stolen, you should be aware that the Agency representative/guide must continue the tour program for the other traveling guests as promised by the agency; therefore, they will handle all arrangements concerning passport procedures, return, or rejoining the tour in the country where the loss/theft occurred at their own responsibility. HEALTH
We do not expect you to encounter any issue threatening your health in the meals you may have at good restaurants in the region. Nevertheless, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking when you are not with the group, consume only bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure have been thoroughly cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled.
We strongly recommend that you obtain a medical report and invoice from the healthcare institutions where you receive treatment for any health problems or injuries that may occur due to circumstances beyond your control. This will be beneficial if you need it for insurance procedures.

TRAVEL HEALTH and CANCELLATION PROTECTION
*The insurance arranged by our Agency for your trip provides coverage for the Professional Liability Insurance made mandatory for agencies by the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies and for travel health. Travel health coverage is valid for persons aged 0–65. Guests over the age of 65 must obtain insurance by paying an additional premium. We recommend that you always obtain Travel and Health Insurance for every trip to ensure that you are covered.
*However, it should be known that this insurance does not cover unconditional and unrestricted cancellations. In the event of force majeure, cancellations are covered following the submission and evaluation of reports concerning non-chronic and sudden illnesses, accidents, or such adverse circumstances affecting a first-degree relative to the relevant insurance company. These evaluations are carried out by the relevant health and insurance company healthcare institutions and are outside the scope of our agency’s responsibility.
ABOUT THE CONTRACT and CANCELLATIONS
*For tours including flights, an unconditional cancellation right is available up to 30 days before the tour departure date. For cancellations exceeding 30 days (25 days before the tour departure date), the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the airline ticket cost and non-refundable operational expenses. There is no right to a refund for cancellations made less than 25 days before the tour departure date. The amount is paid by the consumer as compensation.
*All guests are deemed to have purchased the tour by accepting to comply with the terms and rules stated separately under the headings above. It forms an integral whole with the Tour Registration Agreement.
