PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start. The cancelled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not expect to encounter any health-threatening problems with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, that you definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, and eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked; for fruit, we recommend eating fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums, archaeological sites, or venues in the places to be visited are open or closed, and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and beds called coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for one (1) child only who stays with 2 adults and matches the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The European currency is the Euro (EUR). It is advisable to have Euro (EUR) with you.
TIME ZONE
Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and the Netherlands are 1 hour behind Turkey in daylight saving time and 2 hours behind in winter time.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in the relevant countries.
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring items that can be put on and taken off easily, such as t-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition; you can also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.
CUISINE
When German cuisine is mentioned, the first things that come to mind are cakes, potatoes, and of course beer. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetables, there is also a very rich variety of beer and wine.
French cuisine, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. Famous for its wines and its many kinds of cheese, French cuisine is known worldwide and is recognized for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and delicacies such as the famous desserts crème brûlée, macaron, and soufflé.
Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of German and French cuisines.
Dutch cuisine is not a very rich cuisine, but its cheeses are worth trying. Other flavors are generally fast-food style.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport that requires a visa) does not mean that you will be allowed to enter the country. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, or the times before the current tour and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting at most 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time coinciding with the tour due to roads closed by local authorities, places where visits or entry are not permitted, or any event, and likewise if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the tours in question. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
