IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry to the country. The Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. The Agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the hours may change before the current trip and flight. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years of age do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because the tour falls on a day and time when local authorities do not allow sightseeing or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed, as far as possible.
