PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years. 

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged; such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to Republic of Türkiye citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. 

HEALTH

There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Argentina and Brazil. We do not think there will be any problem in meals that will affect your health. We recommend that you do not use tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to bring medicines for stomach and diarrhea, vitamins, as well as your medications for dizziness, vomiting, headache, colds, and blood pressure.

There is a 1.5-hour technical stop in Sao Paulo on the outbound and return flights. It is forbidden to get off the plane during this time.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, excursions cannot be carried out or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums, archaeological sites, or venues in the destinations to be visited are open/closed and on weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the distances specified. 

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped space in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd-person and/or child reservations. 

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

The breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and, in general, with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY

The currency of Argentina is the Argentine Peso (ARS).

The currency of Brazil is the Brazilian Real (BRL).

It is advisable to have US Dollar (USD) with you.

TIME ZONE

There is a –5 hour difference between both countries and Türkiye. When it is 12:00 in Türkiye, it is 07:00 in all three countries 07.00.

CLOTHING and REQUIRED ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that you can easily put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, shorts and cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings, as well as beachwear. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.

CUISINE CULTURE

Argentina and Brazil have culinary cultures that are dominated by meat dishes, as well as grain products.

SHOPPING - ELECTRICITY

Electrical outlets are the same as in Türkiye.

There are shopping opportunities at shopping malls in city centers and at small stalls selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry to the country. The Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.  The Agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the hours may change before the current trip and flight. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years of age do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because the tour falls on a day and time when local authorities do not allow sightseeing or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed, as far as possible.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Sao Paulo - Rio de Janeiro
Our journey begins with our meeting at Istanbul Airport International Terminal, and after ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, we fly to São Paulo on a Turkish Airlines flight. We welcome the new day on the plane. After arrival, following a short transfer process, we depart for our flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel. After that, we will have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast at our hotel, we will visit Corcovado (the Christ the Redeemer statue) and Sugarloaf Mountain, two of the city’s most important landmarks, throughout the day. First, we will pass through the lush Tijuca Forest and reach Corcovado Hill. After a pleasant journey by cable car, we will have the opportunity to see Christ the Redeemer, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, up close at an altitude of approximately 710 meters above sea level. Our guests will have free time to take photos and explore the surroundings while enjoying the unique view. Then we will head to Sugarloaf Mountain, another famous spot in Rio. During the cable car ride, we will stop briefly at Urca Hill for photos. Once we reach the summit, we will have the chance to admire Copacabana Beach, the Gavea Mountains, Red Beach (Praia Vermelha), and Rio’s central districts from above. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Rio de Janeiro - Iguazu - Ciudad del Este (Paraguay)
After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer by private vehicle to Rio de Janeiro Airport. Following our Iguazu flight operated by local airlines, our tour begins upon arrival at the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. We head toward the Puente de la Amistad bridge for the border crossing between Brazil and Paraguay. Here, we will go to Ciudad del Este (Paraguay), one of South America’s busiest commercial centers, and have the opportunity to explore the area. With a wide range of products from electronics, perfumes, and textiles to local handicrafts and international brands, it offers a chance to discover shopping centers and stores. Known for its busy and colorful atmosphere, this border city is a vibrant trade hub where different cultures come together. We then visit Itaipu Dam, one of the world’s largest hydroelectric projects. With our guide, we learn about the dam’s structure, energy production, and its importance to the region. Afterwards, in Ciudad del Este, we will see the “Hito de las Tres Fronteras” (Three Borders Landmark), located at the junction of the Paraná and Iguazú rivers, where Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina meet, and marked on each country’s side by a monument. After our tour, we cross the border again and return to Iguazu. Iguazu
After breakfast at our hotel, our guests who wish may join the optional Macuco Safari and Bird Park tour organized by our guide (240 USD). This is a unique experience in Parque Nacional do Iguaçu (Iguazu Falls Brazilian National Park), where after a nature walk and an exciting boat ride that takes you right to the foot of the waterfalls, you travel through the rainforest in a 4x4 vehicle. Later, we will visit the Bird Park. In this world-famous tropical rainforest, home to 160 bird species, you can enjoy unforgettable moments and have the opportunity to photograph a variety of beautiful tropical birds. At the end of the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Iguazu - Buenos Aires
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and depart for Iguazu Falls on the Argentine side. Upon arrival, we will visit the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls (Parque Nacional Iguazú). In this magnificent place, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, we will be able to watch 275 waterfalls cascading powerfully from a height of dozens of meters. At the end of our tour, we transfer to the airport and take our flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Buenos Aires
After breakfast at our hotel, our first stop in Buenos Aires, a city that makes you feel as if you are touring an important European capital despite being one of South America's largest cities, with its architecture, delicious cuisine, and of course the tango that overflows from its heart, will be the La Recoleta district, which explains why this city is called "the Paris of South America." In this distinguished district of the city, we will visit Recoleta Cemetery, where Eva Perón (Evita) is also buried. After our tour, we will return to our hotel to rest. Guests who wish may join the optional Tango Night with Dinner (140 USD) organized by our guide. Overnight at our hotel.
Buenos Aires - Colonia del Sacramento - Montevideo
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart from Buenos Aires and cross to Uruguay by ferry. Following a short and pleasant sea journey, we arrive in Colonia del Sacramento, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, we begin our tour of this city, famous for its historic atmosphere dating back to the colonial era. As our guide shares information about the city’s history, we enjoy a pleasant exploration among cobblestone streets, old city walls, the lighthouse, and colorful houses bearing traces of Portuguese and Spanish architecture. Afterwards, we will continue to Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay. Upon arrival in Montevideo, we provide a brief introduction to the city, including its wide boulevards, waterfront, and historic center. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. Overnight at our hotel in Montevideo.
Montevideo - Buenos Aires - Santiago de Chile
In the early morning, we depart from our hotel and return to Buenos Aires by ferry, then transfer to the airport for our flight to Santiago. After an approximately 2-hour flight, we arrive in Santiago, the capital of Chile, a city set at the foothills of the Andes, where modern life and historical heritage blend in perfect harmony. Upon arrival, we take the cable car up to San Cristobal Hill to enjoy panoramic views of Santiago. With the narration of our guide, we get to know the city more closely and, after free time at this spot where we can photograph both Santiago and the Andes Mountains, we transfer to our hotel to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Santiago de Chile
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our city tour to deeply explore Santiago’s historical and cultural fabric. Our first stop is Plaza de Armas, the heart of the city. Framed by magnificent buildings from the colonial era, this historic square carries Santiago’s centuries-old memory. We take a close look at the Metropolitan Cathedral and the old National Congress Building surrounding the square. Next, we head to Bellavista, the city’s most colorful and artistic neighborhood. In this district, where Pablo Neruda’s iconic home La Chascona is located, we stroll among street art, lively restaurants, and boutique shops. From there, we continue to Barrio Italia to explore antique shops, the workshops of local designers, and the neighborhood’s unique atmosphere. Overnight at our hotel.
Santiago de Chile - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, we transfer to Santiago Airport. After completing our baggage check-in and passport procedures, we proceed to our flight for Istanbul. Overnight on the plane.
