You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the date your trip ends and is not older than 10 years.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged; such passports must be renewed and, if the destination country requires a visa for the Turkish ID card, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
For children under 18, when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, a document showing the joint consent of the parents, which may be requested by the border police at entry and exit, is required; we recommend that children aged 18 and their parents demonstrate compliance in this regard.
HEALTH
In the region's good restaurants and the food consumed, we will see whether we encounter a problem that will threaten your health. Accordingly, when you are not with the group, be careful not to eat, definitely drink bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, make sure that everything is well cooked, and avoid fish products; for fruit, prefer fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entrances and upon return home.

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency of the service center with a minimum requirement of 20 people, and participation is not guaranteed. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the tours cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and equipment used may vary according to the rules. In addition, the times of the optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins or venue in the destination, and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., distances greater than km are available. Depending on the structure of the 3-person rooms, it may be possible to provide them, but the bed offered to the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. A 3-person room consists of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding or rollaway beds, and for 3rd person and/or child reservations, local frequent variability and bed type are accepted as declared. Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the regulations. It is served with a limited menu consisting of coffee and may be served in a separate hall divided according to groups.

Morocco is 2 hours behind Turkey in summer time and 3 hours behind in winter time.
For example, while it is 18:30 in Turkey in the summer, it is 16:30 in Morocco.
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If traveling in summer, T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket and thin sweater for the evenings are recommended. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. In winter, clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm is recommended.
FOOD CULTURE
Moroccan cuisine is generally a blend of Amazigh, Andalusian, and Mediterranean cuisines, with light European and sub-Saharan influences. It provides the nutrients of meat, fish, and vegetable cuisine.

Having a valid passport and/or (for visa-required destinations) having obtained a visa does not mean that you will be allowed to enter the country. The passport control officer has the right to refuse you entry into the country. The Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an institution that intermediates between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Airport tax and airport service fees are not charged for children aged 0-2.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities; they are tours conducted from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum and archaeological site entrance fees, and generally last 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program; when the local authorities do not permit visiting or entering; when they cannot be carried out due to closed roads or events; or when it is not possible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, depending on the circumstances, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.
