Suggested Granada Evening Activity: Albaicin & Sacromonte Gypsy District Night. On this tour, you can watch an unforgettable Flamenco show in the historic gypsy settlements located on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, directly opposite the Alhambra Palace. After the show, you can tour the Sacromonte and Albaicin areas and have the opportunity to watch the Alhambra Palace under the lights.

Suggested Marrakech Evening Activity: Chez Ali Show / Dar Soukkar. In the enchanting atmosphere of Marrakech in the evening, you can enjoy this unique experience by attending a show filled with traditional Moroccan music, colorful folk dances, impressive stage performances, and fire shows. This night, filled with costumes, rhythms, and stories reflecting Moroccan culture, will be filled with unforgettable memories.

This trip is organized with a minimum demand requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start. The tour canceled due to delayed participation will be notified to you together with your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the date your trip ends and is not older than 10 years.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged; such passports must be renewed and, if the destination country requires a visa for the Turkish ID card, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

For children under 18, when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, a document showing the joint consent of the parents, which may be requested by the border police at entry and exit, is required; we recommend that children aged 18 and their parents demonstrate compliance in this regard.

HEALTH 

In the region's good restaurants and the food consumed, we will see whether we encounter a problem that will threaten your health. Accordingly, when you are not with the group, be careful not to eat, definitely drink bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, make sure that everything is well cooked, and avoid fish products; for fruit, prefer fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entrances and upon return home.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency of the service center with a minimum requirement of 20 people, and participation is not guaranteed. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the tours cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and equipment used may vary according to the rules. In addition, the times of the optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins or venue in the destination, and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., distances greater than km are available. Depending on the structure of the 3-person rooms, it may be possible to provide them, but the bed offered to the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. A 3-person room consists of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding or rollaway beds, and for 3rd person and/or child reservations, local frequent variability and bed type are accepted as declared. Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the regulations. It is served with a limited menu consisting of coffee and may be served in a separate hall divided according to groups.

CURRENCY

The currency of Morocco is the Dirham (MAD).

It is useful to have Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) with you.

OUR TIME ZONE

Morocco is 2 hours behind Turkey in summer time and 3 hours behind in winter time.

For example, while it is 18:30 in Turkey in the summer, it is 16:30 in Morocco.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

If traveling in summer, T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket and thin sweater for the evenings are recommended. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. In winter, clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm is recommended.

FOOD CULTURE

Moroccan cuisine is generally a blend of Amazigh, Andalusian, and Mediterranean cuisines, with light European and sub-Saharan influences. It provides the nutrients of meat, fish, and vegetable cuisine.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or (for visa-required destinations) having obtained a visa does not mean that you will be allowed to enter the country. The passport control officer has the right to refuse you entry into the country. The Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an institution that intermediates between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Airport tax and airport service fees are not charged for children aged 0-2.

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities; they are tours conducted from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum and archaeological site entrance fees, and generally last 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program; when the local authorities do not permit visiting or entering; when they cannot be carried out due to closed roads or events; or when it is not possible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, depending on the circumstances, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - Seville
We meet with our guide at Istanbul Airport’s International Terminal. After our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Seville, we arrive in Seville, the capital of Andalusia. At the airport, we meet our waiting vehicle and begin a panoramic city tour. Our first stop is Plaza de España, which resembles an open-air museum with its colorful ceramic decorations and impressive arches. Next, we see the Torre del Oro, located on the banks of the Guadalquivir River and used for centuries as both a defense and naval center. With a walk through Maria Luisa Park, arranged for the 1929 Ibero-American Exposition, we get acquainted with Seville’s nature. Then we head to the Santa Cruz Quarter, with its narrow streets and whitewashed houses, where the Arabic influence is still felt. Here, we will see traces of both the Christian and Muslim periods together. At the end of the tour, transfer to the hotel and check-in. In the evening, guests who wish can join us for a short exploratory walk through Seville’s lively streets. Overnight at our hotel in Seville.
Seville - Córdoba - Granada
After breakfast, we depart for our Cordoba Old Town & Cordoba Mosque Tour (including entrance tickets). Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour of Cordoba. The Roman Bridge spanning the Guadalquivir River is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. The photo stop we will make on Calle de las Flores, a street adorned with flowers, offers unforgettable shots. As we stroll through the Jewish Quarter, the quiet narrow streets combined with the colorful flowers in the courtyards of the white houses allow us to feel the city’s peaceful atmosphere. We then visit the Cordoba Mosque, considered the heart of Cordoba and one of the most magnificent works of Western Islamic architecture. Its breathtaking interior, formed by thousands of columns, the red-and-white arches, and the mihrab section take visitors on a journey through time. The cathedral section added during the Christian period bears witness to different faiths coming together in the same space. After this captivating visit, we head to Granada. Upon arrival, we settle into our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Granada.
Grenada
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart to visit the Alhambra Palace, one of the most important structures in Andalusia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with entrance tickets included (Due to ticket limitations, a ticket cannot be guaranteed for late registrations.). Following our visit to this palace, a magical example of Arab architecture with its courtyards, pools, and gardens, we begin our panoramic city tour of Granada. On our tour, we will see important places that bear traces of both the Umayyad and Christian periods of Andalusia, such as Grand Via, Bib-Rambla Square, traditional Arab bazaars, and the Town Hall Square. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel in Granada.
Granada - Tarifa - Tangier
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart from the hotel and begin our journey toward the southern coast, accompanied by the impressive landscapes of Andalusia. We arrive at the port of Tarifa and, after a short free time, board our ferry. During our pleasant journey across the famous Strait of Gibraltar, which separates Europe and Africa, we have the opportunity to see both continents at the same time. After our enjoyable ferry ride, we arrive in Tangier, known as the gateway to Morocco. After passport control, while heading to our hotel, we will see the Hercules Cave panoramically in Tangier. In the evening, we arrive at our hotel in Tangier and settle into our rooms for overnight accommodation at our Tangier hotel.
Tangier - Tetuan - Chefchaouen (Blue City) - Fes
After breakfast at our hotel, we leave Tangier and set off toward Tetouan, our first stop, enjoying the impressive views of the Rif Mountains along the way. After a short panoramic city tour of Tetouan, a city bearing traces of Andalusian architecture, we continue our journey and arrive in Chefchaouen (the Blue City), known as one of Morocco’s most photogenic destinations. In this enchanting town hidden among the mountains, we walk through narrow streets painted in shades of blue, explore handicraft shops and local markets, and enjoy its unique scenery. Following the tour with our guide, free time will be given, during which our guests may take photos and enjoy the magical atmosphere at their leisure. We then continue our journey to Fes, one of Morocco’s cultural capitals. Upon arrival at our hotel in Fes, we check into our rooms. Overnight stay at our hotel in Fes.
Fes - Meknes - Rabat - Casablanca
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our city tour of Fez. During the tour, we first enjoy a panoramic view of the magnificent gate of the Royal Palace, Bab el-Makhzen, and then take a short walk through the Mellah, known as the Jewish Quarter. We then continue to the Medina, the historic heart of Fez, where we explore the Attarine Madrasa, the Karaouine University, regarded as one of the oldest universities in the world, Nejarine Square, and the souks selling traditional Moroccan jewelry and copperware. During the tour, we also have the opportunity to see the famous tanneries near the Fez River, where leather is still processed using traditional methods. After our city tour, we depart for Meknes. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Meknes, a historic city founded in the 17th century by Sultan Moulay Ismail and surrounded by approximately 40 km of walls. Among the main places we will see are Bab Mansour Gate, El Hedim Square, and the Jewish Quarter. After our visit to Meknes, we continue our journey to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Rabat, during which we will see the surroundings of the Royal Palace, the Hassan Tower, and the Mohammed V Mausoleum, one of the symbols of the city. After the tour, we continue our journey and arrive in Casablanca. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic city tour of Casablanca, where we have the opportunity to see from the outside the magnificent architecture of the Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, rising on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. We then panoramically view the Corniche coastal road, reflecting Morocco’s modern face, and United Nations Square, the city center. At the end of the tour, we are transferred to our hotel. Overnight in our Casablanca hotel.
Casablanca - Majorelle Garden - Bahia Palace - Marrakech
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart from Casablanca and head to Marrakech. Upon arrival, on our panoramic city tour of Marrakech, we will see the Koutoubia Mosque, one of the city’s landmarks, the peaceful Menara Gardens, and Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, known as the heart of Marrakech. After the city tour, we continue with our Majorelle Garden & Bahia Palace & Marrakech Medina Shopping tour. We visit the Majorelle Garden, one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech. Created by French furniture designer and painter Jacques Majorelle and later restored to its present form by renowned fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent, we then head to the Marrakech Medina. In the historic streets, which resemble a labyrinth, we have the chance to see the shops of artisans who continue to produce traditional crafts and the products they make. We also visit an apothecary where we learn about spices and medicinal herbs, considered must-sees in Morocco. Afterwards, we visit the Bahia Palace, decorated with zellij tilework unique to the country. In the evening, we have the opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere of Jemaa El Fna Square, with snake charmers, street performers, the scent of spices, and colorful stalls. At the end of the day, we transfer to our hotel in Marrakech and settle into our rooms for the night. Accommodation at our hotel in Marrakech.
Marrakesh - Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, we will have free time until the airport transfer time. At the meeting time determined by our guide, we transfer to Marrakech Airport. After completing our baggage and passport procedures at Marrakech Airport, we return to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Our tour ends upon arrival.
