This trip is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed and, if it is a country that applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked by the police officer at the country’s entry-exit points to present a document showing the joint consent of the parents when traveling alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. Throughout your trip, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and only consume bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the extra tour/activity prices, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds or beds called coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the services of the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Egypt is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).
It is useful to have USD (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a -1 hour difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 11:00 in Egypt.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothing that leaves the shoulders exposed, and form-fitting clothes should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf. In addition, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you should not use them while inside the place of worship. Both men and women must remove their shoes when entering a mosque.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites, lasting at most 2-3 hours. For panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time they coincide with the tour due to local authorities not permitting visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, likewise in cases where it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
