• If there are more than 30 days until the tour departure, the amount paid by the participant will be refunded without any deductions, except for costs arising from taxes, fees, and similar legal obligations that must be paid (mandatory travel health insurance, payments made to third parties related to the package tour that cannot be recovered).
• 30-21 days, an 85% penalty will be charged.
• 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will be charged.
