PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
HEALTH
We do not think you will encounter any issues that threaten your health with meals taken at good restaurants and hotels in the region. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend being careful about food and drink, definitely consuming bottled water, avoiding ice, milk and dairy products, eating meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and eating fruits whose peel can be removed, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return home.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we use with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or the optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, historical sites, or venues at the destinations and weather conditions. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return home.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldaway or coach beds, participants making 3rd-person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the room and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
TIME ZONE
Italy is 2 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 1 hour behind during winter time.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Italy.
CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
If you are going in the summer season, we recommend taking T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition; you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.
CUISINE CULTURE
Italian cuisine, which shows differences by region, is among the world's richest cuisines thanks to the influence of the Mediterranean. A wide range of options is offered, from appetizers prepared with fresh tomatoes, greens, and country-specific cheeses, to delicious pizzas, pastas made with all kinds of sauces, and seafood.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary and not including museum or historical site प्रवेश fees. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, on the day and time they coincide with the tour if local authorities do not allow sightseeing or entry, or if they cannot take place due to closed roads because of any event, or when it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
