OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, excursions may not be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, archaeological sites or venues in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at hotels, which are included services in the tour program, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
It is advisable to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
The Western America region is 10 hours behind Turkey in daylight saving time and 11 hours behind in winter time.
For example, when it is 16:30 in Turkey in winter, it is 06:30 in Western America.
TELEPHONE USE
It can be used if your mobile phone line is open for international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend that you bring t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.
FOOD CULTURE

Although Chinese cuisine is common, you can find Turkish dishes in many states. Even if there is no food culture, its cuisine contains many cultures.

The electrical current used in America is 110 Volts. In Turkey, this is 220 Volts. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter with you.
SHOPPING
There is an opportunity to shop at shopping malls in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is possible. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obliged to announce these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay field tax and field services fee.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities, carried out panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entries. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entries, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, if possible.
