You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and issued within the last 10 years.
Individuals under the age of 18 cannot travel to the United Arab Emirates without one of their parents. If accompanied by one of their parents, they must carry a letter of consent.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for a Visa” list that your agency will send you. To avoid problems with customs officers at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by police officers at country entry and exit points to present a document showing the joint consent of both parents, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents take particular care regarding this matter.
Health
We do not expect you to encounter any health-threatening problems with the meals served at good restaurants and hotels in the region. Nevertheless, we recommend that you be careful about eating and drinking when you are not with the group, consume only bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure have been thoroughly cooked, and choose fruits such as bananas and pineapples that can be peeled. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed when entering the country and returning home.

Optional Tours & Activities
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive services, subject to a minimum participation of 15 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites or venues to be visited, as well as weather conditions.
Accommodation
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Since additional beds consist of beds known as folding and coach beds, participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible lack of space and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the age group specified in the pricing section. Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at hotels are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country concerned, generally as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
Currency
The currency used in Dubai is the Dirham (AED).
It is advisable to carry American Dollars (USD) with you.
Time Zone
Dubai is 1 hour ahead of Türkiye.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Türkiye, it is 19:30 in Dubai.
Phone Usage
Your mobile phone line can be used if it is enabled for international calls (roaming).
Clothing And Necessary Items
If traveling during the summer season, we recommend bringing easily removable T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers and spare memory cards. During the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.
Food Culture
Since the city does not have a distinctive food culture of its own, you can find examples of famous dishes from Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Turkish and Arab cuisines in Dubai. At the same time, you can enjoy different versions of authentic dishes from Arab and Middle Eastern cuisines in the city.
Electricity
Electrical outlets are the same as those in Türkiye.
Shopping
Shopping is possible at shopping centers located in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.
Important Notes
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. Passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Küheylan Tur is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. Küheylan Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing tour and flight. Küheylan Tur is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0–2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant places on the corresponding day and time, roads are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, Küheylan Tur is not responsible for the inability to operate these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
The airport meeting time is 3 hours before the flight, and details will also be provided 2 days before the tour departure.

Limited capacity is available for domestic flight connections, and availability must be checked.
The cities providing the connections must be confirmed.
Confirmed domestic flight connections are valid for the most suitable domestic flight available within 24 hours.
