PARTICIPATION CONDITION
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country applying visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since for our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father, the border police officer at the country entry-exit may request a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this issue.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. We recommend that you do not drink tap water during your trip and only consume bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If a sufficient number is not reached, the tours may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for the extra tour/activity may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the room congestion that may occur and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and usually with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
CURRENCY
Egypt's currency is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).
It is useful to have USD (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a -1 hour difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 11:00 in Egypt.
TELEPHONE USE
Your mobile phone line is usable if it is open to international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothing that leaves the shoulders exposed, and tight-fitting clothes should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you should not use them while inside a place of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.

Egypt is full of fish restaurants and fish markets, like many countries on the seaside.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport services fee
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, performed panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. For panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if the tour cannot be carried out on the day and time specified in the program due to local authorities not permitting visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within possibilities.
