During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
TIME ZONE
Germany, Austria, Czechia, and Hungary are 3 hours behind Turkey in summer time and 2 hours behind in winter time.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 15:30 in Germany.
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.
CUISINE CULTURE
When German cuisine is mentioned, cakes, potatoes, and of course beer come to mind first. In this cuisine, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetable dishes, there is also a very rich selection of beers and wines.
The flavors and ingredients in Austrian cuisine are largely inherited from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Its best-known dish is schnitzel, and it is mainly meat-based.
Czech cuisine has been influenced by all the surrounding countries and is a true Central European synthesis.
Hungarian cuisine, regarded as one of the world's most important cuisines, is quite colorful and rich. Meat dishes are common, and freshly made homemade pasta is also an important element of the cuisine. “Goulash,” considered the Hungarian ազգային dish, is among the best-known delicacies.
SHOPPING
There are shopping malls in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.
