During the Venice Biennale, while exploring one of the world's most prestigious contemporary art events; we will stroll through Venice's historic squares, experience the unique atmosphere of the city of canals, and visit Verona and the famous Lake Garda. This special program offers an unforgettable Venetian experience that brings together art, culture, and the Italian way of life.
DAY 1 | OCTOBER 24 SATURDAY ISTANBUL – VENICE
Meeting with our agency representative at Meeting Point No. 1, Istanbul Airport International Terminal, at 08:30.
We depart for Venice at 11:30 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1867.
After arriving in Venice at 13:05, we meet our guide and vehicle and proceed to the city center.
Venice City Tour
During our panoramic walking tour;
Sights include St. Mark's Square, St. Mark's Basilica (exterior), Doge's Palace, Clock Tower, Rialto Bridge, Grand Canal, and Venice's historic streets and canals. Free time for dinner and a canal cruise.
In the evening, after experiencing the atmosphere of the city, we transfer to our hotel.

DAY 2 | OCTOBER 25 SUNDAY VENICE BIENNALE EXPERIENCE
After breakfast, we depart for our visit to the Venice Biennale.

Biennale Evening
In the evening hours, we enjoy a special dinner at a historic restaurant that has witnessed Venice's history and served as a meeting point for artists and travelers.
After dinner, we return to our hotel for overnight accommodation.

DAY 3 | OCTOBER 26 MONDAY VENICE – VERONA & GARDA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we take our luggage and depart from the hotel for our tour of Verona and Garda.
In Verona, we will see Romeo & Juliet's House, Verona Arena, Scaligero Bridge, and Verona Cathedral. After our panoramic tour, there is free time.
Next, we set off towards Lake Garda. Lake Garda is one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy; after a photo stop and a short walking break, we head towards Venice Airport. After check-in procedures, we return to Istanbul on flight TK TK 1870 19:50. Arrival at 00:20 and end of our tour.

General Information
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation and refund without penalty are allowed up to 31 days before the tour departure.
In cancellation requests made less than 31 days prior, the full amount will be forfeited.
A service fee of an additional 100 Euro per person will be deducted for all cancellation requests.
INSURANCE
Please request details of the Travel Health and Tour Cancellation Insurance, which is included in the tour price for guests up to 70 years old, from our travel consultant.
NOTES
-Only children aged 14 and above are accepted on our tour and are charged as adults.
-If you have any food allergies and/or intolerances, please inform us during registration.
-The third person bed differs from standard beds; it is either a portable bed or a sofa bed. Please inquire about availability.
-Our tour departs from Istanbul. If you require domestic flight connections, please provide this information during registration.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(An integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.)
*Our agency cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the passenger due to changes in flight schedules by the airlines.
*For tours requiring visas, guests must obtain their visas by applying personally at the relevant country's consulate or through our agency's visa department. For visa applications, documents listed in the required documents list, which can be obtained from our agency along with a passport valid for at least 6 months as of the tour end date, are required.
*Please confirm with the relevant consulate or ministry whether visa requirements apply for holders of Green Passports and passports of countries other than Turkey. Visas must be obtained from the relevant consulates in Turkey before the start of the trip.
*Having a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. Border police have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and no liability can be attributed to our agency.
*To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the visa must also be present in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
*The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary. Our agency bears no responsibility whatsoever if a passenger fails to obtain a visa.
*Passengers who will apply for their own visas need the required documents (obtaining the tour registration document normally takes 1 working day). Guests should consider this timeframe when scheduling their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, our agency is not responsible for any potential delays.
*Flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The rules of the airline company apply in such cases.
*Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
*Extra city tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted.
*The person making a reservation for a package tour confirms that they accept compliance with the Reservation Conditions for all individuals named in the confirmed reservation form and that they have the authority to accept these Reservation Conditions on behalf of all individuals named in the reservation form.
*All passengers guarantee that they are fit to travel by air and that no health condition or circumstance will compromise the safety or comfort of the aircraft and other passengers. Furthermore, they acknowledge that they can be transported safely in accordance with security requirements applied by international EU or national laws.
INSURANCE INFORMATION
The maximum limit for Trip Cancellation coverage is 1500 €, with a deductible of 25% of the cancellation penalty fee in case of visa rejection, and 15% in other cases. A 100% surcharge applies to insured persons aged 70 and over.
Policies/certificates regarding insurance plans with Trip Cancellation coverage within the scope of protection must be issued no later than 7 days after the travel reservation is made.
However, if the travel reservation is made 14 days or less before the start of the trip, the insurance policy must also be issued no later than 48 hours (2 days) including the day the reservation was made.
Failing to do so will render this coverage invalid.
In claims for trip cancellation compensation linked to visa application rejections, the application must be submitted through the authorized visa office provided by the tour operator as an additional service. If the visa service was not purchased from the tour operator and the application was made individually, the coverage will be invalid. Please request detailed policy terms from your travel consultant.
