2 – Hotels or restaurants used on tours may also serve alcohol. Depending on regional conditions, our company takes care to use non-alcoholic venues as much as possible. However, especially under European conditions, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.
3 – Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed may be a smaller foldable bed than a standard bed. Guests who wish to stay in a triple room are deemed to have accepted this in advance.
4 – Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
5 – For guests joining a visa-required tour, we recommend reading our cancellation/refund conditions and registering for a tour in time for their visa to be issued. For European tours, we recommend registering 2 months in advance and completing your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In the event of any disruption arising from the visa, our company's cancellation/refund conditions apply.
6 – Our company bears no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide consultancy services regarding document collection, arrangement, and delivery. If your visa is not issued, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. For the fee paid for the tour, the cancellation/refund conditions apply.
7 – Do not forget to bring slippers and a prayer mat on every tour. Depending on the conditions of the region you are traveling to, we may not have access to a mosque or prayer room at all times. Our guide will direct you to a place where you can pray.
8 – Our guide has the right, with the approval of our agency, to make changes to the program and to cancel some places in the sightseeing itinerary depending on weather conditions and/or force majeure. All guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.
9 – In cases such as the consumer or the agency canceling the tour; the refund will be made in the currency and method in which the guest paid. (If payment was made by credit card in TRY, refund to the card in TRY. If payment was made in foreign currency, refund in foreign currency.)
10 – Due to protocol agreements in airlines, sequential flight rules apply. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs are canceled. No cancellation/refund or change can be made under any circumstances.
11 – We kindly request our guests not to purchase domestic flights individually due to possible flight time changes or delays in connecting flights that may occur on our tours. The connecting domestic flight arranged by our company also covers the next international flight. In the event of a delay in the domestic segment, etc., a free ticket will be issued for the next international flight.
GENERAL TERMS
The general terms are an inseparable part of the ‘Tour Brochure’ and the ‘Tour Registration Agreement’ and cannot be considered independently.
‣Our tour program is organized with a certain participation requirement. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through operations.
‣When only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by our agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
‣Tours may be combined with tours from other agencies. In such cases, our Agency is responsible for the guests.
‣This price list and program are valid until a new price list is issued.
‣Our prices in all package programs are limited to quotas of up to a minimum of 10 people, and there may be a price increase for your groups above this number. Please ask for pricing information.
‣If the passport issue date in regular passports is more than 10 years ago, and in other passport types more than 5 years ago, the person traveling cannot go abroad even if they have a valid visa, and visa issuance to the passport cannot be processed. Please check your passport information and details.
‣When exiting Turkey through customs, passport police require a minimum validity of 6 months from the travel date for all passport types (Ordinary, Special Stamped, Service Stamped, Diplomatic), whether from Turkish citizens or foreign nationals, even if they have a passport with a valid visa. For this reason, our agency does not approve passports with less than 6 months validity. ‣Our agency acts as an intermediary between the consumers participating in the tour, ships, hotels, carrier companies, and all kinds of third parties and legal entities providing services related to the tour. Therefore, consumers who register for the tour by applying to us; contrary to the agreements made between the Agency and the institutions undertaking transportation, the parties know that we are not liable as a principal and not directly responsible as the main culprit for not being present in the specified vehicle programs, times, or places; for all kinds of delays of land, air, and sea vehicles; for strikes, terrorism, war and the possibility of war, or similar force majeure; for all kinds of disruptions arising from the fault of the person using the means of transport, from the personal faults of third parties, or from unforeseen technical matters; for materially or morally damaging accidents; for deficient accommodation or faulty service of the facilities, and that the Agency has no existing responsibility due to not being the operator.
‣For all customs-controlled international departures, it is required to be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time on the day of departure. Guests arriving by domestic flight from other cities to ports or airports must especially arrange their flight times according to the time they need to be at the port. For this reason, the responsibility for being late and/or being unable to join the tour lies with the passenger, and our Agency has no compensation liability towards the passenger. If the relevant airline has an online check-in site, it is recommended to complete the check-in personally 24 hours before the tour departure.

‣Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or couch beds, tour participants are deemed to declare that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply to a single child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group.
‣Due to the limited number of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, please check your TWIN room request before making a reservation.
