Vienna city tour: 65 Euro

Participation Condition
There is a maximum limit of 30 people on this trip. In the event of a possible route and date change by the cruise line, the tour will continue on its new route.
Visa
Ordinary Passport Visa required (Multiple-entry Schengen)
Green Passport Visa not required
Service Passport Visa not required
You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and is not older than 10 years. Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Küheylan Tur is not responsible for this; responsibility belongs to the passenger. For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you. To avoid any problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in a similar way, such passports should be renewed, and if the destination country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 may be asked by the police officer on duty at entry and exit points to present a document showing the mutual consent of the parents when traveling alone or with only one of the mother or father, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be careful about this matter.
Health
River cruise ships do not have a fully equipped Health Center where specialist doctors and medical staff provide service. In emergencies, reception will call medical teams to the ship from the nearest health institution in a very short time. Such medical services are chargeable. Your health insurance will support you in this regard.
Food
We do not think you will encounter any issue with the food you consume during your cruise that would threaten your health. However, when you are not on the ship, we recommend being careful about eating and drinking, definitely consuming bottled water, avoiding ice, milk, and dairy products, eating meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eating fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry points and upon return home.

Optional Tours & Activities
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or the optional tour/activity prices, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities, carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. The Tour Operator is not responsible for the non-performance of such tours in cases where panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, within possibilities, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Important Notes
*The times specified in the program were obtained from Scylla Cruises and Turkish Airlines. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. Therefore, in the event of any time change, our agency reserves the right to revise the content of the program. In addition, on our sea & river tours, the cruise company and the captain have the right to make changes to the program due to sudden port conditions, bad weather conditions, changes in water levels, sea & river traffic, strikes in river level locks, etc. “force majeure” reasons. Our agency is not responsible for these changes.
*Our agency will not be responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the airport or port specified at the times announced by our agency for the start of the tour and therefore miss the plane or ship and cannot board. The transportation costs required for passengers who miss the plane or ship to rejoin the tour are their responsibility.
*During check-in on the ship, every passenger without exception (only 1 person in couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash when receiving their magnetic “cruise card”. As a result of this presentation, an average pre-authorization of 300 USD per person will be charged to each credit card. The reason for this is for your extra expenses on the ship during the voyage after check-in. You will be able to make your extra onboard expenses with this magnetic Cruise Card given to you at check-in. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship. You can track all your expenses from the interactive televisions in your cabins, the interactive screens on the ship, or the reception.
*It is strictly forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages, irons, hair dryers, water heaters, bottle warmers, electric blankets, etc. onto the ship. A hair dryer is available in every cabin and water heaters are available in many cabins.
*At the beginning of our ship journey, luggage tags in certain colors will be assigned for your suitcases. Filling out these tags completely is extremely important so that your suitcases arrive correctly to your cabins.
*Your suitcases may not arrive in your cabin until late evening on the first departure day of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to put your important necessities in a small handbag and take them with you.
*A safety drill and presentation will be held on the first day of your trip so that you can become familiar with evacuation procedures in an emergency. Participation is extremely important. Your guides and the ship staff responsible for your room direct you to the assembly point in the drill.
*Every evening on the ship, a detailed program for the next day will be left in your cabin. This program contains all activities on the ship, information about entertainment organizations, and important notes in full.
*We kindly ask you to take care of all your personal belongings during the tour. There is a safe in all cabins on the ship where you can store your valuables. Our agency does not assume responsibility for the loss or theft of money and valuable items forgotten in the cabin or luggage. We will provide support for sending your found items to you from the country where they were found via cash-on-delivery cargo service.
*In the days following the start of the tour, the ship’s departure times at the ports must absolutely be observed. You must board the ship at the latest 45 minutes before its departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation. The transportation costs required to rejoin the ship tour from an eligible port are the passenger’s own responsibility.
*At the end of your ship journey, the tags that will be left in your cabins one night in advance must be attached. They must be left in front of your cabin doors early in the morning; afterwards, your suitcases will be collected and lined up in front of the buses that will be used for transfer. They will be received there by the passengers.
