Optional tour fees:

Vienna city tour: 65 Euro

Participation Conditions
A maximum of 30 people is available for this trip. In the event of a possible route and date change by the cruise company, the tour continues with its new route.
Visa
Ordinary Passport Visa required (multiple-entry Schengen)
Green Passport Visa not required
Service Passport Visa not required
You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years. Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that you will be allowed to enter the country. Border police have the authority to refuse you entry. Küheylan Tur is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be submitted with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide. To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 may be asked by the police officer at country entry/exit for a document showing the parents’ mutual consent when traveling alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be careful about this.
Health
River Cruise ships do not have a fully equipped Health Center staffed by specialist doctors and medical personnel. In emergencies, reception calls the nearest medical teams to the ship in a very short time. These medical services are subject to a fee. Your health insurance will help in this regard.
Food
We do not think you will encounter any health-threatening problems with the meals you will have during your cruise. However, when you are not on the ship, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, absolutely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, choose fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return to the home country.
Flight Times

Optional Tours & Activities
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, excursions may not be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and the weather conditions. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with commentary from inside the vehicle, not including museum or archaeological site entries. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the Tour Operator if they cannot take place on the day and time of the tour due to places not being allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any activity, or in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

It is advisable to have Euro (EUR) with you.

Important Notes
*The times stated in the program have been taken from Scylla Cruises and Turkish Airlines. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. Therefore, in the event of any change in times, our agency reserves the right to modify the content of the program. In addition, on our sea & river tours, the cruise company and the ship captain have the right to make changes to the program due to sudden port conditions, bad weather conditions, water level changes, sea & river traffic, strikes in river level locks, etc., force majeure reasons. Our agency is not responsible for these changes.
*Our agency shall not be responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the airport or port specified by our agency at the announced times for the start of the tour, and thus miss their flight or ship and are unable to board. Transportation costs necessary for passengers who miss the plane or ship to rejoin the tour are their own responsibility.
*During check-in on the ship, every passenger without exception (only 1 person in couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash when receiving their magnetic “cruise card.” As a result of this presentation, an average pre-authorization charge of 300 USD per person will be made on each credit card. The reason is for the extra expenses you will make onboard during the voyage after checking in. You will be able to make your extra onboard purchases with this magnetic Cruise Card given to you at check-in. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship. You can track all your expenses from the interactive televisions in your cabins, the interactive screens on the ship, or the reception.
*It is strictly forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages, irons, hair dryers, water heaters, baby bottle warmers, electric blankets, etc. onto the ship. Hair dryers are available in every cabin and water heaters are available in many cabins.
*At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors will be assigned for your suitcases. Filling out these tags completely is extremely important so that your suitcases arrive correctly to your cabins.
*Your suitcases may not arrive in your cabin until late evening on the first departure day of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is useful to put your important necessities in a small handbag and keep it with you.
*A safety drill and presentation will be held on the first day of your trip so that you can become familiar with emergency evacuation procedures. Participation is extremely important. Your guides and the ship staff responsible for your room will direct you to the meeting point for the drill.
*Every evening on the ship, a detailed program for the next day will be left in your cabin. This program includes all activities on the ship, information about entertainment events, and important notes in full.
*We kindly ask you to take care of all your personal belongings throughout the tour. There is a safe in all cabins on the ship where you can store your valuables. Our agency does not assume responsibility for the loss or theft of money and valuables forgotten in the cabin or luggage. Support will be provided to have your found items sent to you from the country where they were found via cash-on-delivery shipping service.
*It is absolutely necessary to strictly observe the ship’s departure times at the ports on the days after the start of the tour. Boarding must be completed at the latest 45 minutes before the ship’s departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation. The transportation costs necessary to rejoin the cruise from a suitable port where the cruise is allowed are the passenger’s own responsibility.
*At the end of your cruise, the tags to be left in your cabins one night in advance must be attached. You must leave them in front of your cabin doors early in the morning; afterwards, your suitcases are collected and lined up in front of the buses where transfer will be made. They will be collected there by the passengers.
