PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 3 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility rests with the passenger.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting at most 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be conducted on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed by local authorities to visitation or entry, or because of any event, or when it becomes impossible to do the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible on closed roads or at points where vehicle access is not allowed.
