This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the mother and father by the police officer at border entry and exit when traveling on their own or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be careful about this matter.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement upon entry to Spain. We do not think there will be any problem threatening your health in the meals taken at the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drinks, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be made, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations and the weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country in question and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Spain is the Euro (EUR).
It is useful to have Euro (EUR) with you.
TIME ZONE
Spain is 2 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 1 hour behind during winter time.
For example, when it is 18:30 in Turkey in summer, it is 17:30 in Spain.
PHONE USE
Your mobile phone line is usable if international calls (roaming) are enabled.
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend that you bring T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you can also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
Spanish cuisine is derived from a complex history in which the invasions and conquests of Spain changed traditions and introduced new ingredients. Thus, Spain's current and traditional cuisine combines old and new traditions. Gazpacho soup, Fajita, and delicious snack Tapas are among the important flavors of the cuisine.

Electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.
SHOPPING
There are shopping malls in city centers and the opportunity to shop from small stalls selling souvenirs.

Having a valid passport and/or obtaining a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. Quheilan Tour is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Quheilan Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be realized on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, within possibilities, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
