Day 1 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – TOKYO (03.03.2027)
Meeting at 23:30 in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After check-in, passport and customs procedures, departure for Tokyo at 02:30 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 198. Overnight on the plane.
Day 2 TOKYO, JAPAN (04.03.2027)
Arrival in Tokyo at 19:45 local time. After our arrival in Tokyo, transfer to the hotel where we will stay. Free time after settling into our rooms. Overnight at our hotel in Tokyo.
Day 3 TOKYO, JAPAN (05.03.2027)
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish may join the “Hakone and Mount Fuji Tour” to be organized optionally by their guides. First, we stop at Oshino Hakkai village to enjoy a panoramic view of sacred Mount Fuji, the symbol of Japan. Our next stop after this charming town, which also features examples of traditional houses, will be Owakudani, formed approximately 3,000 years ago as a result of the eruption of Mount Hakone. In this area, characterized by sulfurous smoke and hot steam, we will eat black eggs cooked in natural spring water and, if the weather is clear, capture views of Mount Fuji with our cameras and in our memories. Then, we descend to Togendai Station and enjoy a pleasant cruise on Lake Ashi aboard pirate boats, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, witnessing the natural beauty of the town up close. After our boat trip and free time in Hakone-machi, return to our hotel in Tokyo and overnight at the Tokyo hotel.
Day 4 TOKYO, JAPAN (06.03.2027)
We begin the new day with breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish may join the “Tokyo City Tour,” to be organized optionally by their guides. On the first stop of our city tour, we visit the famous Asakusa district and Sensoji Temple. Afterwards, the magnificent Imperial Palace, Odaiba and Akihabara Street are among the places we will see panoramically. We will then see Ginza, Tokyo’s most famous avenue, and Shinjuku, also known for its famous pedestrian crossing. After the tour, transfer to our ship at the port. Upon arrival at the port, after check-in procedures and settling into our cabins, our ship will depart at 15:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5 TOBA, JAPAN (07.03.2027)
Our ship will dock at Toba port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Toba Tour to be organized optionally by our guide. We begin our tour in the town of Ise, known for centuries as the “Holy City” because of the Ise-jingu Shrine Complex. Here, you will travel back in time. Designated as a National Treasure by the Japanese government, this sacred area, containing more than 125 shrines, is surrounded by Japanese cypress trees and centered around the main Naiku (Inner Shrine) and Geku (Outer Shrine). The main building of each shrine is a simple thatched hut made of unpainted cypress and joined wooden pieces in the old Japanese style. At the heart of the complex lies the well-preserved Okage Yokocho, a three-acre street featuring a beautiful array of architecture. Built to resemble a town from the Edo and Meiji periods, the street is lined with houses, shops and restaurants, as well as many businesses that have served pilgrims and tourists for several centuries. Following our tour, we transfer to our ship. After visiting the areas, our transfer to the ship will be provided. Our ship will leave the port at 16:00 in the evening.
Day 6 KOCHI, JAPAN (08.03.2027)
Our ship will dock at Kochi port at 09:00. After breakfast on board, free time for personal needs and shopping. Kochi is a prefecture with rich agricultural land and fish farms along the southern coast of Shikoku. A wide variety of outdoor activities are available in the national park on the southwestern coast, from diving to whale watching. Guests who wish may join the “Kochi & Kochi Castle Tour,” to be organized optionally by their guides. Godaisan Observation Terrace, the iconic Kochi Castle and Chikurin-ji Temple are some of the places we will see during our tour. Our ship will leave Kochi port at 17:00 at night. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7 SEA DAY (09.03.2027)
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as the fitness center and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may enjoy yourself at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino.
Day 8 BUSAN, SOUTH KOREA (10.03.2027)
Our ship will dock at Busan port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Busan city tour to be organized optionally by their guides. Busan is South Korea’s second-largest city and an important port city. It became a port city governed by four small states in the 1st century AD. In this city, which bears witness to temples, royal tombs, the Japanese occupation and the Korean War, we will first visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, one of the few coastal Buddhist temples in South Korea. We will then see Haeundae Dalmaji-gil Road, Haeundae Beach and Dongbaekseom Island, famous for their views of the blue ocean, white sandy beach, camellia forest and pine forest, as well as the Mermaid statue representing the legendary heartbreaking love story of the princess of Naranda. Afterwards, we will visit the UN Memorial Cemetery, where UN soldiers from 16 countries who lost their lives in the Korean War between 1950 and 1953 are buried, along with the two Turkish Martyrs’ Cemeteries and their monument. Busan Gamcheon Culture Village is also known as “Busan’s Machu Picchu.” Busan Tower is located in Nampodong, the old central district of Busan, where there are local shops with reasonable prices alongside all kinds of brands. Among the streets lies a paradise of street food. Afterwards, we visit Gukje Market, which has become Busan’s largest market. After free time at the market, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave Busan port at 16:00 at night. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 9 NAGASAKI, JAPAN (11.03.2027)
Our ship will dock at Nagasaki port at 07:00. After breakfast, free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish may join the “Nagasaki City Tour,” to be organized optionally by their guides. In Nagasaki, the port city where the world’s second atomic bomb was dropped, we begin our program by visiting the Peace Park and Museum, gaining a better understanding of what our friends in the easternmost part of Asia experienced in the 20th century. The historic Megane Bridge, one of the city’s most important structures, Temple Street and Chinatown, one of its most authentic districts, are among the places to be seen. A visit to the tranquil Glover Gardens, known for its attractive landscaping and views, is one of the most impressive parts of our program. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave Nagasaki port at 16:00 at night. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 10 KAGOSHIMA, JAPAN (12.03.2027)
Our ship will dock at Kagoshima port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, free time for personal needs. Those who wish may join the Kagoshima tour to be organized optionally by their guides. The city, which was home to the powerful Shimazu clan from the 12th century until the Meiji Restoration period in the 1860s, was established on the Satsuma Peninsula and its elevations. In addition to its historical and geographical characteristics, it has been home to samurai legends. The city is also rich in geothermal waters. The Sakurajima volcano, the city’s symbol, plays a major role in these formations. Iso Gardens and the Kamikaze Museum are among the places worth seeing in the city. Our ship will leave the port at 16:00 in the evening.
Day 11 MATSUYAMA, JAPAN (13.03.2027)
Our ship will dock at Matsuyama port at 10:00. After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Matsuyama city tour to be organized optionally by their guides. Matsuyama, Japan, is a peaceful refuge where you can enjoy healing hot spring waters, satisfy your sweet tooth with magnificent Japanese desserts and discover the region’s rich literary tradition. Matsuyama, the largest city on the island of Shikoku, developed around its famous 17th-century castle. Surrounded by cherry trees, this expansive castle is a museum displaying historical artifacts ranging from weapons and armor to calligraphy and art. It also offers magnificent views of the city and the Seto Inland Sea thanks to its hilltop location. After visiting Matsuyama Castle, we go to Uchiko, an iconic town known for its historic wax production and merchants’ houses, which has managed to preserve its traditional street texture and historic white-walled buildings to the present day. We will then visit the Kimura House; the Kimura houses are unique to the region and are historic residences that faithfully preserve the lifestyle of the period, interior aesthetics and traditional woodworking, shedding light on the region’s deep architectural heritage. After shopping and free time, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave Matsuyama port at 19:00 at night. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 12 MIYAZAKI (ABURATSU), JAPAN (14.03.2027)
Our ship will dock at Miyazaki port at 07:00. After breakfast, free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish may join the “Miyazaki City Tour,” to be organized optionally by their guides. Miyazaki, which has Japan’s second-warmest climate, offers a range of outdoor activities that make full use of its mild breezes and aquamarine waters. In Miyazaki, a resort atmosphere prevails, blended with the fragrance of flowers from local botanical gardens. Emerald-green golf courses, some of Japan’s best surfing spots and the zoo housing the largest number of flamingos in captivity anywhere in Japan contribute to this cheerful atmosphere. During our tour, we visit Udo Jingu Shrine. This shrine is dedicated to the father of Japan’s first Emperor, Jimmu. We then climb to the Sakamiato rice terraces located on the hill. Magnificent views await us. Afterwards, we will visit a shochu distillery, a local beverage similar to sake. We will also stop by the ruins of Obi Castle along the way. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave Miyazaki port at 16:00 at night. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 13 KOBE (KYOTO), JAPAN (15.03.2027)
Our ship will dock at Kobe port at 09:00. After breakfast on board, free time for personal needs. Those who wish may join the Kyoto Tour to be organized optionally by their guides. After a one-hour journey, we arrive in Kyoto, which served as Japan’s capital for 1,000 years and is considered the country’s “cultural capital.” This open-air museum city, which survived the Second World War without damage, will have the dazzling “Golden Temple” (Kinkakuji) as our first stop. We will take photographs of the magnificent garden and its reflection in the lake before departing from the Buddhist temple on the UNESCO list. Our next stop is Kyomizudera, also known as the Temple of Pure Water; hundreds of shops selling typical Japanese souvenirs on the way up to the temple are very attractive for shopping. Within a large park complex, the Buddhist temple with orange pagodas will be the perfect place to capture photographs with tourists and locals wearing kimonos. This area is also located in the Gion district, home to traditional tea houses; with its wooden houses and narrow streets, you may feel as though you are on the set of the film “Memoirs of a Geisha.” After visiting Kyoto’s most iconic temples, we will take a panoramic view of Osaka, Japan’s second-largest city, and go to Dotonbori, the heart of shopping in Osaka. In this city, also known as the nation’s kitchen, we will have free time for shopping in Dotonbori / Shinsaibashi. Our ship will leave the port at 23:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 14 SEA DAY (16.03.2027)
On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools and activities such as the fitness center and sauna, or shopping at the duty-free stores. In addition, you may enjoy yourself at the bar accompanied by shows and music and try your luck at the casino.
Day 15 TOKYO, JAPAN (17.03.2027)
Our ship will dock at Tokyo port at 06:00. After breakfast, we complete our disembarkation procedures. Guests who wish may join the “Tokyo Shopping Tour,” to be organized optionally by their guides. Afterwards, we will set off for the airport. After check-in, our Turkish Airlines flight TK 199 will depart from Haneda Airport for Istanbul at 22:05 local time. Our arrival at Istanbul Airport will be at 05:45.

General Information
- Provided that passports and the necessary documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist with obtaining visas. For overseas trips, it is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months.
- The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the necessary documents requested for the visa on time and in full.
- Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be granted. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse a person entry into the country. In such a case, the passenger is responsible.
- As extra beds are provided in triple rooms at hotels, the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. At some hotels, no third bed is provided. For packages involving such hotels, the AGENCY will inform its guests at the time of sale.
- Child prices are valid only on the condition that the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. For the 0–2-year-old child policy, the child must not have turned 2 by the tour return date; for the 3–12-year-old child policy, the child must not have turned 12 by the tour return date.
- The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external factors.
- In the event of insufficient participation in the tour, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
- The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the 28.09. 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
- There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights
- The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that their category remains the same.
- Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum number of participants. They cannot be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, the prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
- Guests who will not participate in extra tours to be conducted en route will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before the city entrances.
- Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason during the tour will not be conducted. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- In the event of cancellation or change, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” shall apply.
- Of the dinners you will have during the cruise, 2 are formal dinners, and every male passenger who wishes to dine there is advised to bring at least one suit, while ladies are advised to bring at least 1 evening dress.
- During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will have been determined in advance and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit in the designated places from the first meal to the last meal on board.
- During check-in on board, every passenger without exception (only 1 person in the case of couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when receiving the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except in the casino. EUR and credit cards are accepted on board. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. on board.
- At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage of our group will be delivered to you together with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
- Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of the ship’s departure. This is a situation caused by the congestion and crowds and is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to put your essential necessities in a small handbag and carry it with you.
- The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship’s departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
- At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will be left in your cabins in advance, and leave your luggage in front of your cabin doors by 00.00 the night before. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the group’s luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
- ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT OUT THEIR TICKETS ARE THEMSELVES RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY / ONTO THE SHIP.
