PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and is not older than 10 years.
In destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country’s entry and exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive on this matter.
HEALTH
We do not think that you will encounter any issue that would threaten your health with meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, that you definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry points and upon return to the country.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed offered to the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, participants making 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
CURRENCY
It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
The Eastern America region is 8 hours behind Turkey in terms of time zone.
For example, while it is 16:30 in Turkey, it is 08:30 in Eastern America.
PHONE USAGE
Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If traveling during the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows easy movement and keeps you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
The country does not have its own distinctive cuisine, and a fast-food-oriented culture prevails. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is widespread, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Even if there is no food culture, its cuisine includes many cultures.
ELECTRICITY
The electricity current used in America is 110 Volts. In Turkey, this is 220 Volts. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter with you.
SHOPPING
Shopping is available at shopping centers in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police has the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or hours may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guidance from inside the vehicle, and lasting at most 2-3 hours without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour due to roads that are closed or due to any event, or if they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Küheylan Tur is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
