CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.

• !!! Guests whose passports have a K.K.T.C. stamp cannot enter Greece !!!
• The Accommodation Tax collected by the Government of Greece is not included in the package prices and must be paid in cash to the hotel upon check-in by guests.
Rhodes Island Door Visa Fee; 30 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 95 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.
For door visa applications to Rhodes Island, a passport valid for 1 year from the end date of travel is required.
Documents required for Door Visa Applications;
- Application Form (We prepare it on behalf of the guests and send it; it needs to be signed and sent by cargo)
- Passport Copy
- ID Copy
- If available, copies of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years
- 4 Biometric Photos (measuring 3.5x4.5 cm)
- Travel Health Insurance (English policy, starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the travel period, with 30,000 Euro coverage)
- Bank Statement (Showing transactions from the last 3 months retrospectively, with a usable balance equivalent to 600 Euro in TL on the date the statement is issued (excluding overdraft), and the account must be active and moving.)
- For children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the non-traveling parent and its English translation made by a sworn translator are обязательно required.
Door Visa; unlike a Schengen Visa, it is not a visa type that is finalized in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made from Turkish Ports without a visa. The final result is determined at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. No information is provided from the islands before the travel day; however, in some negative evaluation cases, information is received 2/3 days before the travel date stating that the guest's application has been negatively evaluated and that they should not come. In the event of a negative evaluation, no written or verbal explanation is provided by the other side regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.
