You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
A very in destinations where a visa is required, visa applications must be made with the documents listed in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, trips cannot be carried out, or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues in the places to be visited, as well as weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are fold-up and coach bed type beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for a 3rd person and/or child.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and meeting the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and usually as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Thailand is the Baht (THB).
It is useful to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a +4 hour difference between Bangkok and Turkey. In Turkey, it is 16:00 in Bangkok
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
We recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a thin jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards.
CUISINE CULTURE
In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are quite common. Local spices are used in meals.

Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming). Communication may be difficult in some areas
ELECTRICITY
Although the electricity is 230 volts, 220 volts is used in the hotels where you will stay. The sockets are type A two-pin and type B three-pin sockets. SHOPPING
In addition to souvenirs, it is possible to find local handicrafts and natural food and beverage items specific to the country visited.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and carried out panoramically with narration by the guide from the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be conducted on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not permitting visits or entry, or due to roads closed because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible at points with closed roads or where vehicle access is not allowed.
