DAY 1 ISTANBUL – NEW YORK
We meet our valued guests 3 hours before the flight time in front of the AirFrance / KLM Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart on the scheduled AirFrance / KLM flight to New York. Upon arrival, we proceed to our hotel and have free time. Guests who wish may join the extra tour organized by our guide, the New York Combo Tour ($110 per person). On this tour, you will have the opportunity to see New York’s most iconic landmarks and visit postcard-worthy photo spots. During the tour, we will visit the square where the Twin Towers, now a memorial after the September 11 attacks, are located, walk along Wall Street with its famous Bull statue, cross the Brooklyn Bridge, and take a photo break in Dumbo. Afterwards, we will see the Empire State Building, once one of the world’s most famous buildings, the Flatiron Building, frequently seen in films and postcards for its architecture, Times Square as the center of New York and the most visited square in the world, and enjoy free time in the massive Central Park located in the heart of New York. During free time, you can also visit Fifth Avenue and Rockefeller Center, important shopping areas of the city. Guests who wish may also visit the Statue of Liberty, the symbol of New York. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 2 NEW YORK
After breakfast, you have free time. Guests who wish may join the extra tour organized by our guide, the New York Metro Tour: Chinatown & Little Italy & Soho ($105 per person). On this tour, we will visit Chinatown, located in the heart of New York, where you can find very affordable shopping opportunities. Immediately after, we will go to Little Italy, the area with the highest concentration of Italian population in New York, where you will feel like you are in Italy. Afterwards, we will head to Soho, one of New York’s most elegant neighborhoods. After free time for shopping and dining here, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 3 NEW YORK
After breakfast, you have free time. Guests who wish may join the extra tour organized by our guide, the Washington DC Tour ($210 per person). Upon arrival in Washington, our first stop is the Pentagon. We will move to a vantage point overlooking the Pentagon, which serves as the headquarters of the U.S. Department of Defense and cannot be entered inside, where we will see the exact spot where the plane hit during the September 11 attacks. Afterwards, we will visit Alexandria, one of the region’s old settlements. Our next stop is the Korean War Veterans Memorial (Korean War Memorial). This memorial, built in honor of those who lost their lives and veterans of the Korean War, is also significant from a Turkish historical perspective. Next is Arlington National Cemetery. Built in 1864 during the American Civil War, this cemetery is used as a burial ground for soldiers who died in early wars and those currently fighting in America’s name. Finally, we will have the opportunity to see the White House, the presidential palace where the United States is governed. After the tour, we return to New York. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 4 NEW YORK
After breakfast, you have free time. Guests who wish may join the extra tour organized by our guide, the Atlantic City Tour: The Las Vegas of the East ($170 per person). On this tour, we will visit Atlantic City, located 2 hours from New York and known as the Las Vegas of the East. Due to the legalization of gambling and its 10 km-long beach, it has become a city with major hotel investments. During our city tour, we will have the opportunity to see the beachfront and these large hotel investments. After free time, we return to New York. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 5 NEW YORK
After breakfast, you have free time. Guests who wish may join the extra tour organized by our guide, the Woodbury Premium Outlet Tour ($90 per person). On this tour, we will visit Woodbury, the largest outlet in the region featuring famous brands. After free time for shopping, we return to our hotel. Later, at the time determined by our guide, we set off towards the airport. Upon arrival, you have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 6 NEW YORK – ISTANBUL
After breakfast, we depart for the airport. After completing baggage and check-in procedures, we depart on the scheduled AirFrance / KLM flight to Istanbul.
DAY 7 ISTANBUL
Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.
