DAY 1 SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – HAMBURG
After we meet at 04:00 at the international terminal of Istanbul Airport, we depart for Hamburg at 07:10 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1661 after check-in procedures. Arrival in Hamburg at 09:20 local time. Transfer to Warnemunde Port with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Ship check-in procedures and settling into cabins, dinner on board, and rest.
DAY 2 MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7 AT SEA
On this day, which will be spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools, fitness and sauna facilities, or shopping at duty-free stores. You may also want to have fun at the bar with shows and music, and try your luck at the casino.
DAY 3 TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8 BERGEN / NORWAY
Our ship will dock at Bergen port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join our tour, organized as extra by our guide, "Bergen City Tour & Edvard Grieg House & Floien Cable Car". This beautiful city, which was a trading and ship stop until 1830 and is now included in UNESCO World Heritage, will be explored starting with the German Port, continuing with the Fish Market that will enchant you with its beauty. Then we will see the historic Hansa houses, Hakoon Palace, and Kruzberg Tower, as well as the house of the famous composer Grieg on the shore of Lake Nordasvatnet. On our way back, we will stop on the high hills and have the opportunity to view Bergen from a bird’s-eye perspective. We will also go up Mt. Floien (Floyen) with Bergen’s famous funicular. After our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 4 WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9 EIDFJORD / NORWAY
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After the breakfast we will have on board, guests who wish may join the Eidfjord City Tour, which will be organized as extra. In this tour, first we will see along the way the lush forests, astonishing mountains, and striking waterfalls of Eidfjord, located at the end of Hardangerfjord. We visit Tvindefossen, one of Norway’s most famous waterfalls, which can be translated into Turkish as the “twin waterfall.” Our next visits are Gudvangen, which means “the place where the gods meet”; after a pleasant break and photographing its magnificent view, we continue to Flam. Here, during our free time for food and shopping, those who wish may visit the historic Flam Train Museum. After arriving in Voss, the capital of extreme sports in the world, we will visit Vossvangen Lake, and then return to the ship against a magnificent backdrop.
5.DAY THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10 KRISTIANSAND / NORWAY
Our ship will dock at Kristiansand port at 12:00. Guests who wish may join the Kristiansand and Lilisand Tour, which will be organized as extra. Founded in the 17th century by Danish King Christian IV, the town of Kristiansand celebrated its 350th anniversary with a grand celebration in 1991. Today, 700 people live in this city, which is the capital of the Southern Norway region. By our private bus, we will arrive in Lilisand, seeing wonderful landscapes and local examples of Norwegian architecture. We will see some of Norway’s most beautiful summer houses and the region. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00.
06.DAY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11 OSLO / NORWAY
Our ship will dock at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After the breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the tour of Oslo City Tour and Vigeland Park , organized as extra. In Oslo, one of the most beautiful cities in Northern Europe, guests who wish may join the Oslo City Tour, organized as an extra by their guides. Our Oslo tour will start with the Opera House located on the pier beneath Akershus Castle, whose construction dates back to the 1300s. Then we head to see Frogner Park, also known as Vigeland Sculpture Park, built on an area of 45 hectares. Every year, nearly two million tourists visit this park to see the 212 bronze and granite sculptures, all designed by sculptor Gustav Vigeland. The most striking section of the park is the Monolith Tower, located at the highest point of the park, consisting of 121 human figures rising toward the sky and about 14 meters long. Afterwards, together with city views, we will see City Hall, Parliament, the National Theatre, and the Royal Palace panoramically. After free time, we return to our ship. Our ship will weigh anchor from Oslo at 16:00.
DAY 7 SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 COPENHAGEN / DENMARK
The ship will dock at Copenhagen port at 09:00 in the morning. On the extra tour we will organize in Copenhagen, we will explore together this city located on Zealand, the largest island of Denmark. In Copenhagen, defined as one of the five best cities in the world to live in, Amelienborg Royal Palace is still the residence address of the royal family today. After free time spent at the city’s symbol, the ”Little Mermaid” statue, the gardens of Christianborg and Rosenberg Palaces, Gefion Fountain, Tivoli Gardens, Kongens Nytorv (King’s Square), the Opera House, the famous Stroget shopping street, and Nyhavn, return to the ship. The ship departs at 18:00.
8.DAY SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13 WARNEMÜNDE / HAMBURG- ISTANBUL
The ship will dock at Warnemünde port at 07:00. After our breakfast, we complete our ship departure procedures and depart for the “Hamburg City Tour” with our waiting vehicle. Hamburg, located at the southern end of the Jutland Peninsula, which separates the North Sea and the Baltic Sea in northern Germany, lies at the intersection of the Elbe, Alster, and Bille Rivers. The city center was established around the Binnenalster and Aussenalster Lakes. The city has 2,302 bridges connecting its waterways. Hamburg Port, extending inland from the North Sea, is Europe’s second-largest port. It is one of the most important international trade centers. With many parks in the city, Hamburg is one of the world’s top five “Green Cities.” On our tour, the Hamburg Philharmonic Concert Hall, St. Michaelis Church, one of the most famous churches in Northern Germany, the Binnen and Aussenalster lakes, the Elbe River, St Pauli, also known as the Red Light District, Reeperbahn, the Fish Market, the port area, and one of the most interesting points, the City Hall with its magnificent architecture, will be seen. After free time for shopping and dining, we depart for the airport. After our check-in procedures, we depart at 18.50 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1664 . Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23.05 local time. End of our tour.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Up to 90 days before the tour departure date: 35% of the total amount
Between 89 and 60 days before the tour departure date: 50% of the total amount,
Between 59 and 30 days before the tour departure date: 75% of the total amount
Between 29 and 00 days before the tour departure date: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be applied.
In addition to the cancellation deductions, an agency service fee of 100 EUR will be deducted.
Ordinary Passports: A Schengen visa is required
Service, Special and Diplomatic Passports: No visa is required.

SHIP AND FLIGHT TIMES
The times specified in the program have been obtained from the airlines and shipping companies. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedules. The shipping company reserves the right to change the route. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for changes to the schedule or route made by the shipping company. The ship's departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, passengers must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by delays. During check-in on the ship, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person for couples) must present their credit card to the ship's reception or pay a cash deposit when receiving their cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on the ship. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins. It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship. It may take time for your luggage to be delivered to your cabin on the ship's first day of departure. Therefore, it is recommended that you take the items you consider necessary until dinner on the first day with you in a small hand luggage. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred to the detriment of passengers due to airlines changing their flight schedules.
VISA AND PASSPORT
* For our tours requiring a visa, our guests must obtain their visas by applying personally to the consulates of the relevant countries or through the Agency's visa department. For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months as of the tour end date and the documents specified in the list of documents required for the visa, which you can obtain from our agency, are required.
* Please confirm with the relevant consulates or ministries whether a visa is required for green passport holders and holders of passports from any country other than the Republic of Türkiye. Visas must be obtained from the relevant consulates in Türkiye before the start of the trip. Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be permitted. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry into the country.
* In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and our Agency cannot be held responsible in any way. In order to avoid problems with customs officers at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. The Agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary.
Our Agency bears no responsibility if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their visas themselves (ship confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, our Agency is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
OTHER
* In cabins for 3 and 4 people, the third and fourth beds may be bunk beds attached to the wall or sofas, depending on the cabin type. The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In such cases, the airline's rules apply. If there is insufficient participation in the tour, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 30 days before the tour departure. Excursions are organized subject to a certain participation requirement. They cannot be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made. Our Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour. Extra city excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted.
* The person making a reservation for a Ship Voyage or Package confirms that all persons whose names were provided during the reservation and listed on the finalized reservation form agree to comply with the Reservation Conditions and that they are authorized to accept these Reservation Conditions on behalf of all persons named on the reservation form. All Passengers guarantee that they are fit to travel by sea or air and that no health condition or circumstance will harm the safety or comfort of the ship or aircraft and other passengers. They also agree that they can be transported safely in accordance with the security requirements imposed by international, EU or national laws.
