DAY 01 SUNDAY 13 SEPTEMBER ISTANBUL AIRPORT – HAMBURG
After meeting at 04.30 at the international terminal of Istanbul Airport and completing the check-in procedures, we depart for Hamburg at 07.10 with Turkish Airlines flight TK 1661. Arrival in Hamburg at 09.20 local time. Transfer to Warnemunde Port with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Ship check-in procedures and settling into the cabins, dinner on board and relaxation.
DAY 2 MONDAY 14 SEPTEMBER GDYNIA / POLAND
This morning our ship will dock in Gdansk, the largest port and gateway to the Baltic Sea in Poland. Although the city, once one of the richest members of the Hanseatic League in history, suffered great damage in the World Wars, it managed to rise again. Our guests who wish may join the Gdansk City Tour organized as an extra. Among the places we will see on our tour are the Golden Gate, Dluga Street, Neptune Monument, St. Mary Church and the harbor area. Here you can also find varieties of Amber, known as Baltic Gold. After free time, we return to our ship. Our ship will anchor at 18:00.
DAY 3 TUESDAY 15 SEPTEMBER KLAIPEDA / LITHUANIA
Our ship will dock in Klaipeda, Lithuania at 07.00 in the morning. The city, once the capital of the Kingdom of Prussia, also has a magnificent history. Our guests who wish may join the KLAIPEDA CITY & AMBER MUSEUM TOUR organized by our guide extra. The ship will leave the port at 15.00 in the evening.
DAY 4 WEDNESDAY 16 SEPTEMBER RIGA / LATVIA
Our ship will dock in Riga, the capital of Latvia and one of the largest cities in the Baltic region, at 07:00 this morning. After breakfast, our guests who wish may join the RIGA CITY TOUR organized as an extra. Known as the Paris of the North, Riga is the capital and largest city of Latvia. On our city tour, we first visit important buildings in the center where we will witness the historical texture of the city, known as the Old Town. St. Peter’s Church, Brotherhood of Blackheads-Main Guild Hall, Dome Cathedral, Great and Small Guildhalls, St. Jacob’s Church, Riga Castle, the Freedom Monument and the streets adorned with buildings in the unique Art Nouveau style are among the places we will see. After the tour, return to the ship. The ship will leave the port at 15.00 in the evening.
5.DAY 17 SEPTEMBER THURSDAY TALLINN / ESTONIA (FULL DAY)
The ship will dock at the port at 09.00 in the morning. Our guests who wish may join the extra organized by our guide TALLIN CITY TOUR. Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, is a must-see Baltic city with its elegant and fairy-tale-like city center within the walls. On the tour we will introduce the city; first, we will see Kadriorg Park located outside the city, the Song Festival Grounds, Pirita Marina, which hosts international regattas every year and has become the center of Olympic yachting, and St. Birgit Convent. Continuing our tour, we will go up to the upper city center by bus and after seeing the Russian Orthodox Church Alexander Nevsky, the Estonian Parliament building, and Kiek in Kök Tower, we will walk downhill to the lower city center. After free time around the Old Town Square and City Hall, we board our bus and return to the ship. The ship will leave the port at 18.00.
DAY 06 SEPTEMBER 18 FRIDAY HELSINKI / FINLAND
Our ship will dock at the port at 08.00 in the morning. After breakfast, our guests who wish may join the HELSINKI CITY TOUR ' organized as an extra by our guide. In the extra tour we will organize in Helsinki, the largest city and capital of Finland in terms of population, Porvoo Town and Helsinki city will be introduced. We start this tour with Porvoo, one of the most beautiful towns in Finland. The town is a medieval town located about 50 km east of Helsinki, on the southern coast of Finland. With its cobblestone streets and northern-style wooden houses, it offers a fairy-tale visual feast. Continuing our tour, we return to Helsinki and see Cibellius Park, which contains the city's most beautiful park and monument, Helsinki Cathedral overlooking Senate Square, the Parliament building, the Opera House, Uspenski Church, Helsinki market place and Esplanades, referred to as Helsinki's most beautiful boulevard. After free time, return to the ship. The ship will leave the port at 18.00
07.DAY 19 SEPTEMBER SATURDAY STOCKHOLM / SWEDEN
The ship will dock at the port at 10.00 in the morning. Our guests who wish may join the STOCKHOLM CITY TOUR organized as an extra by our guide. From the early morning hours, as we enter the Stockholm Fjord, known as the Venice of the North, we recommend that you do not miss the hundreds of islands, magnificent views and colorful houses. After our ship docks at the port, we will go up to Fjallgatan, where we can see the Stockholm view. Continuing our tour, after seeing and photographing the garden and courtyard of Stockholm City Hall, we will visit the Vasa Museum, where we will see the old wooden warship that sank in the Stockholm port on its first voyage and was recovered from under the sea in 1961. Stockholm's elegant streets, Opera buildings, Royal Palace and the old city center known as Gamla Stan will be visited, and after free time the group will return to the ship.
DAY 8 SUNDAY 20 SEPTEMBER STOCKHOLM / SWEDEN
On our second day in Stockholm, after a boat tour where our guests who wish can see the beauties of the Stockholm fjord, we will travel a little outside Stockholm and have the chance to visit the Drottingholm Palace, its rooms and gardens, which hosted the Royal Family for many years and was built in the 16th century. The south wing of the palace, which has been serving the Royal Family again since 1981, is used by the royal family. The palace dates back to the 18th century and is one of Europe's best-preserved structures. The palace is the first work from Sweden to enter the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1991. After the tour, return to the port and our ship. As you leave Stockholm, take your places on deck and enjoy the magnificent views. The ship will leave the port at 15.00 in the afternoon.
DAY 9 MONDAY 21 SEPTEMBER AT SEA
On this day, which will be spent cruising at sea, you can also spend your time using the ship's open and indoor pools, fitness, sauna and similar activities, or shopping at duty-free stores. In addition, you may want to have a fun time at the bar with shows and music and try your luck at the casino.
DAY 10 TUESDAY 22 SEPTEMBER COPENHAGEN / DENMARK
The ship will dock at Copenhagen port at 08.00 in the morning. In the extra tour we will organize in Copenhagen, we will discover together this city located on Zealand, Denmark's largest island. In Copenhagen, described as one of the five best cities in the world to live in, Amelienborg Royal Palace still serves as the residence of the royal family today. The city's symbol, the ”Little Mermaid” statue, Christianborg Palace, Rosenberg Palace and gardens, Gefion Fountain, Tivoli Gardens, Kongens Nytorv (King's Square), the Opera House, the famous Stroget shopping street and after free time spent in Nyhavn, return to the ship. The ship departs at 18:00.
DAY 11 WEDNESDAY 23 SEPTEMBER AARHUS / DENMARK
The ship is docking at the port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, our guests who wish may join the extra organized “Aarhus City Tour” by our guide. Orhus, or by its original name Aarhus, is Denmark's second largest city. The city is built on a flat, fertile and wooded area. Places to visit in the city include; the cathedral dating back to the 13th century, the largest church in the country and Northern Europe, Gammel By ("old town"), which revives old Danish life with recent replicas of buildings from Denmark's past, the Botanic Garden, Tivoli amusement garden and the city's art museum. In this tour, where the old and modern parts of Aarhus will be seen, St. Clement Cathedral, the new city hall, botanical gardens, the summer palace belonging to the Danish royal family located in Marseliborg Park (panoramic), and Burgomaster's will be among the places to see. Spend time in the city and return to the ship after free time. The ship departs at 18:00.
DAY 12 THURSDAY 24 SEPTEMBER WARNEMÜNDE / HAMBURG- ISTANBUL
The ship will dock at Warnemünde port at 07.00. After breakfast, we complete our disembarkation procedures and depart with our waiting vehicle for the “Hamburg City Tour”. Hamburg, located in the north of Germany at the southern tip of the Jutland Peninsula, which separates the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, is situated at the intersection of the Elbe, Alster and Bille Rivers. The city center is built around the Binnenalster and Aussenalster Lakes. The city has 2,302 bridges connecting its waterways. Hamburg Port, extending inland from the North Sea, is the 2nd largest port in Europe. It is one of the most important international trade centers. With many parks in the city, Hamburg is one of the world's top five “Green Cities”. On our tour, the Hamburg Philharmonic Concert Hall, St. Michaelis Church, one of the most famous churches in Northern Germany, Binnen and Aussenalster lakes, the Elbe River, St. Pauli, also known as the Red Light district, Reeperbahn, Fish Market, the port area, and one of the most interesting points, the City Hall with its magnificent architecture, will be seen. After free time for shopping and dining, we head to the airport. After our check-in procedures, we depart at 18.50 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1664. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23.05 local time. End of our tour.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
35% of the total amount up to 90 days before the tour departure date
50% of the total amount if there are 89 to 60 days before the tour departure date,
75% of the total amount if there are 59 to 30 days before the tour departure date
A cancellation penalty of 100% of the total amount will be applied if there are 29 to 00 days before the tour departure date.
In addition to the cancellation deductions, an agency service fee of 100 EUR will be deducted.
Ordinary Passports: A Schengen visa is required
Service, Special and Diplomatic Passports: No visa is required.

SHIP AND FLIGHT TIMES
The times stated in the program have been obtained from the airlines and shipping companies. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. The shipping company reserves the right to change the route. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for changes in the times and routes made by the shipping company. The ship's departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, passengers must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before our ship's departure time. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by delays. During check-in, every passenger without exception (only 1 person for couples) must present their credit card to the ship's reception or pay a cash deposit when receiving the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on the ship. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms. It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship. It may take time for your luggage to be delivered to your cabin on the ship's first departure day. Therefore, it is recommended that you carry the items you consider necessary until dinner on the first day in a small handbag. Our Agency cannot be held responsible for expenses that may arise to the detriment of the passenger due to airlines changing their flight times.
VISA AND PASSPORT
* For our tours requiring a visa, our guests must obtain their visas by personally applying to the consulates of the relevant country or through the Agency's visa department. For a visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour completion date and the documents specified in the list of documents required for the visa, which you can obtain from our agency, are required.
* Please confirm with the relevant consulates or ministries whether a visa is required for green passport holders and holders of passports from any country other than the Republic of Türkiye. Visas must be obtained from the relevant consulates in Türkiye before the start of travel.
Obtaining a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be permitted. Passport police have the authority to refuse your entry into the country.
* In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and our Agency cannot be held responsible in any way. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary.
Our Agency bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa.
Under normal circumstances, it takes 1 business day to obtain the documents (ship confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) needed by passengers who will apply for their visas themselves. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, our Agency is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
OTHER
* In cabins for 3 and 4 people, the third and fourth beds may be bunk beds attached to the wall or sofas, depending on the cabin type. The airplane seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENCY will notify its guests of the cancellation/change 30 days before the tour departure. Optional tours are organized subject to a certain level of participation. They cannot be organized when participation is insufficient. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
Our Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
Optional city excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted.
* The person making a reservation for a Cruise Trip or Package confirms that all persons whose names are provided during the reservation and whose names appear on the finalized reservation form agree to comply with the Reservation Conditions and that they are authorized to accept these Reservation Conditions on behalf of all persons named on the reservation form. All Passengers guarantee that they are fit to travel by sea or air and that no health condition or circumstance will endanger the safety or comfort of the ship or aircraft and other passengers. They also agree that they can be transported safely in accordance with the security requirements imposed by International, EU or national laws.
