Hellesylt/Geiranger
Our ship will dock at Hellesylt port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, we will depart from the port with our private vehicle waiting for us for the “Hellesylt & Geiranger Tour.” These two charming villages lie at the fork at the end of the Storfjord. Once the northern post ports of the past, today they are among Norway’s favorite cruise ports in the north, with an average of 180 ship calls per year due to the difficulty of overland access. We begin our tour by greeting the Hellesylt Waterfall... Originally the postal route heading north, it is now a tourism center. First, we head to the viewpoint where we will see the Hellesylt fjord and take photos of the fjord there before continuing on our way. Our first stop is the “Hanging Stone” and the stone bridge dating back to the 1800s. Then we go to Hornindal Lake, the deepest lake in Europe, and take a break there. After setting off again, our next stop is Stryn, one of the most active towns in the region. After seeing the stone bridge in Stryn, where the royal family especially comes for fishing, you will be given free time for shopping and coffee/lunch. Then, after a break at the foot of Lake Djupvatnet, you will be amazed by the view from the terrace of Dalsnibba Mountain at an altitude of 1,476 meters, weather permitting. Later, we will stop at the Flydal viewpoint and photograph the Geiranger fjord this time. After the tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 21:00. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Ålesund
Our ship will arrive at Ålesund port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, we will depart with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port for the "Trollstigen and Ålesund Panoramic Tour." From the meeting point, the bus will take you through the beautiful area outside Ålesund to the land of trolls. This part of Møre og Romsdal is especially known for its furniture industry. The route along the Storfjord from Sjøholt will take you via Stordal and its Rose Church (built in 1789) to Valldal, famous for its delicious strawberries. The next stop will be the breathtaking Gudbrandsjuvet, a 5-meter narrow and 20–25-meter deep canyon. You can walk from one side of the gorge to the other over a bridge. From here, the bus will head through Reinheimen National Park to the Trollstigen plateau. Enjoy the magnificent views of Trollstigen, the King, Queen, and Bishop mountains, as well as the Stigfossen waterfall. As we descend Trollstigen, the driver will safely navigate the bus through the 11 sharp hairpin bends. At the lower part of Trollstigen, there will be an extra photo stop where you can take the best pictures of Stigfossen. Next is a visit to Trollveggen, the Troll Wall, the highest vertical rock face in Europe. After this stop, it is time to return to Ålesund. Then we will return to Ålesund and take a panoramic city tour of Ålesund. After the tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
Flame
Our ship will arrive at Flam port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, we will depart with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port for the “Magnificent Flam Fjord & Gudvangen & Tvinde Waterfall Tour.” After breakfast on the ship, on this tour where you will feel as if you are traveling through postcard-like scenery, we first visit Tvindefossen, one of Norway’s most famous waterfalls, which can be translated into Turkish as “twin waterfall.” Our next visits will be Gudvangen, which means “the meeting place of the gods,” the Stegastein viewpoint with its pleasant road and magnificent scenery, and a stop at Grimsetelvi in another area offering yet another delightful view, where we will photograph the stunning nature before returning to Flam. At the end of the tour, before our departure from our last port in Norway, you will have time for plenty of shopping in stores where you can find very light goose-down famous Norwegian jackets, fish oils such as Omega-3, and a wide variety of other souvenirs, and you can also receive tax refunds.
