CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full tour fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.
• !!! Guests with a K.K.T.C. stamp in their passport cannot enter Greece !!!
• The Accommodation Tax charged by the Government of Greece is not included in the package prices and must be paid in cash to the hotel by the guests upon arrival.
Lesbos Island; 25 Euro for children aged 0-17.99, 90 Euro for adults aged 18 and over.
Documents required for Visa on Arrival applications;
- Application Form (We prepare and send it on behalf of the guests; it must be signed and sent by courier)
- Passport Copy
- ID Copy
- If available, copies of Schengen Visas obtained within the last 3 years
- 3 Biometric Photos (measuring 3.5x4.5 cm)
- Travel Health Insurance (Starting 1 day before the travel date, covering the duration of the trip, with 30 Thousand Euro coverage, English Policy)
- Bank Statement (Showing transactions from the last 3 months retrospectively, with a usable balance equivalent to 450 Euro in TL on the date the statement is obtained (excluding overdraft), and it must be an active and transactional account.)
- For applications of children traveling with only one of their parents, a notarized consent letter from the parent who will not be traveling and its English translation prepared by a sworn translator are обязательно required.
Visa on Arrival is not, like a Schengen Visa, a visa type that is issued in advance. After the application file is prepared and sent, departure is made from Turkish Ports without a visa. The final result is determined at the customs of the relevant island on the day of travel. No information is provided from the islands before the travel day; however, in some negative assessment cases, 2/3 days before the travel date, information is received that the guest's application has been negatively assessed and that they should not come. In the event of a negative assessment, no written or verbal notification is made by the other side regarding the reason, and the visa fee is not refunded.
