Participation Requirement
There is a maximum of 30 participants on this trip. In the event of possible route and date changes by the cruise company, the tour will continue with the new route.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and is no older than 10 years.
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country will be granted. Passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Küheylan Tur is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports should be renewed and, if the relevant country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
Since our guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer at the country’s entry and exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be attentive to this matter.
Health
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Germany. We do not expect any issue that would threaten your health with the meals taken at the region’s good restaurants and hotels. Nevertheless, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, always consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and choose fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.
Food
We do not expect any issue that would threaten your health with the meals you will have during your cruise. Nevertheless, when you are not on the ship, we recommend that you be careful about what you eat and drink, always consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, eat meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and choose fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry points and upon return home.

Optional Tours & Activities
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips may not be held, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are arranged for general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours conducted from inside the vehicle with guide narration, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out because local authorities do not allow visits or entry on the day and time corresponding to the tour, or because of closed roads due to any event, and likewise in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the Tour Operator is not responsible for the failure to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, as far as possible.

Time Zone
Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium and the Netherlands are 1 hour behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 2 hours behind during winter time.
Phone Use
Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open for international calls (roaming).
Clothing and Necessary Items
If you are traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. Besides these, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows you to move comfortably and keeps you warm.
Culinary Culture
When German cuisine is mentioned, cakes, potatoes, and of course beer come to mind first. In this culture, which has a wide variety of meat and vegetables, there is also a great variety of beer and wine.
French cuisine, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages, has a rich culture. Famous for its well-known local drinks and a wide variety of cheeses, French cuisine is known worldwide for meat dishes cooked with different sauces and famous desserts such as crème brûlée, macarons and soufflé.
Belgian cuisine combines the traditions of German and French cuisines.
Dutch cuisine is not a very rich cuisine, but its cheeses are worth trying. Other flavors are generally fast-food style.
Electricity
Electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.
Shopping
There is shopping available at shopping centers in city centers and at small stalls selling souvenirs.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
