PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid any problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the entry and exit points of the country when traveling alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.
HEALTH
We do not think that there will be any problem threatening your health with the meals to be taken in the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be complied with at country entrances and upon return to the country.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations to be visited and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of bed.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

It is advisable to have US Dollars (USD) with you.

The Eastern America region is 8 hours behind Turkey in time zone.
For example, when it is 16:30 in Turkey, it is 08:30 in Eastern America.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing easy-to-wear and easy-to-remove t-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter season, we recommend clothes that allow you to move comfortably and keep you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
The country does not have a unique cuisine, and a fast-food-oriented culture dominates. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is common, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Even if there is no food culture, its cuisine encompasses many cultures.
ELECTRICITY
The electrical current used in America is 110 Volts. In Turkey, this is 220 Volts. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter with you.
SHOPPING
Shopping is available at shopping malls located in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country is possible. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay field tax and field services fee.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities and carried out panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees, and lasting at most 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed by local authorities because museums, archaeological sites, or venues are not permitted to be visited or entered, or due to any event, and when it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, Quheilan Tour is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
