Our tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years. For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application. In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger. Since our guests under 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country’s entry-exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
HEALTH
We do not think there will be any issue with meals affecting your health. We recommend that you do not use tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to bring stomach and diarrhea medications, vitamins, and medications for dizziness, vomiting, headaches, colds, and blood pressure problems.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours/activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues at the destinations and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable/collapsible beds or coach beds, participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible tightness in the room and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling into the age group specified in the pricing section.Breakfasts taken at the hotel from the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
Colombian currency is the Colombian Peso. ( COP )
Dominican currency is the Dominican Peso. ( DOP )
It is beneficial to have US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is an 8-hour difference between Türkiye and Colombia. When it is 12:00 in Türkiye, it is 04:00 in Colombia.

CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a light sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
Meat is very common in Colombia. Local spices are used in meals, but throughout the tour you will feel that the meals we have are suitable for your palate.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity in Colombia is 220 volts. Sockets are type A double, type B triple and type C double double double prizes. In the Dominican Republic, type A and B electrical outlets are commonly used. The standard mains voltage in the country is 120 V and the frequency is 60 Hz. Sockets in Türkiye are usually type C and F. To adapt to outlets in the Dominican Republic, you will need to obtain a Traveler’s Travel Adapter before leaving Türkiye.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or a visa (for the destination/passport requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry. Küheylan Tur is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. Küheylan Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. Küheylan Tur is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay field tax and field service fee. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Küheylan Tur is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be conducted on the day and time corresponding to the tour because local authorities do not allow visiting or entering, or because of closed roads due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
