PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or damaged in a similar way; such passports should be renewed, and if the destination country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
HEALTH
No vaccination is required for entry into Argentina and Brazil. We do not think there will be any food-related issue affecting your health. We recommend that you do not use tap water and consume bottled water. If necessary, do not forget to bring your stomach and diarrhea medicines, vitamins, and medications for dizziness, vomiting, headache, colds, and blood pressure conditions.

Santıago De Chıle - Istanbul 16 h 50 min
There is a 1.5-hour technical stop in Sao Paulo on the outbound and return flights. It is forbidden to get off the plane during this time.
EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be operated, or the optional tour/activity price, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destination are open/closed and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km.
Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and/or coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
The breakfasts included in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country you are in and usually with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Argentina is the Argentine Peso (ARS).
The currency of Brazil is the Brazilian Real (BRL).
It is useful to have US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a 6-hour time difference between Turkey and Brazil. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 06:00 in Brazil.
CLOTHING and NECESSARY ITEMS
We recommend that you bring T-shirts that you can easily put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, shorts and cotton pants, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and beachwear. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
Argentina and Brazil have culinary cultures where meat dishes are prominent, along with grain products.
SHOPPING - ELECTRICITY
Electrical outlets are the same as in Turkey.
Shopping opportunities are available at shopping centers in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for the visa-required destination/passport) does not necessarily mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority not to admit you into the country. The Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger. The Agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or the hours before the current trip and flight may change. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, performed panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, excluding museum and archaeological site entries. The Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, if they do not take place on the day and time of the tour because they are not allowed to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, within possibilities, be carried out by public transport or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
