PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour starts. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
In order to avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and, if it is a country that applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry and exit when traveling alone or with only one of their parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive on this issue.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for Turkish citizens entering Egypt. Throughout your trip, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and consume only bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used for extra tours / activities may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums, ruins or venues at the destinations and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are pull-out beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the services in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
CURRENCY
The currency of Egypt is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).
It is useful to have USD (EUR) and US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a -1 hour difference between Turkey and Egypt. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, it is 11.00 in Egypt.

Your mobile phone line is used if it is open for international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
When entering mosques and churches in the country, shorts, skirts, clothes that leave the shoulders exposed, and tight-fitting clothes should be avoided. We recommend that women bring a thin shawl or scarf with them. Also, if you have a hat or sunglasses, you should not use them while inside the place of worship. Both men and women are required to remove their shoes when entering a mosque.
CUISINE CULTURE
Egypt is full of fish restaurants and fish markets, like many seaside countries.

You can buy local handicrafts and souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years of age do not pay airport tax and airport service fees
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because they are not permitted to be visited or entered by local authorities, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
