PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
In destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will provide to you for the visa application.
To avoid problems with the customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since there is a possibility that our guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their parents may be asked by the police officer on duty at the country entry-exit points for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this issue.
HEALTH
For entry into Indonesia, all COVID vaccines must be complete. A negative PCR test is required 48 hours before the flight and again upon arrival in the country and on the 3rd day. We do not think there will be any issue with the food served that will adversely affect your health. We recommend that you do not drink tap water.
EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the trips may not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, historical sites or venues at the destinations and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in 3-person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, commonly referred to as continental breakfast, and may be served for groups in a separate hall allocated to the group.
CURRENCY
The currency of Indonesia (IDR) is the Indonesian Rupiah. It is advisable to have US Dollar (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a + time difference between Indonesia and Turkey. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 16:00 in all three countries
PHONE USAGE
It can be used if your mobile phone line is open for international calls (roaming). Communication may be difficult in some regions.
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
We recommend bringing T-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings that can be easily put on and taken off. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are quite common. Local spices are used in meals.
SHOPPING
Besides souvenirs, it is possible to find handicrafts and natural food and beverage items specific to the country you are visiting.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or a visa obtained (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not mean that entry into the country will be permitted. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, excluding museum and historical site entrances. For panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to roads closed for any event or if the local authorities do not permit visits/entry, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
