CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the start of the tour. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of travel and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list that your agency will send to you for the visa application.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under the age of 18 may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of their parents by the police officer on duty at the country’s entry-exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents show sensitivity on this matter.
HEALTH
We do not think that there will be any problem threatening your health with meals taken in the region's good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend that you be careful about food and drink, definitely consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk and dairy products, consume meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eat fruits that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entrances and upon return to the country.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and Activities are organized by the local agency from which we receive service with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and there is no obligation to participate. If sufficient numbers cannot be reached, trips cannot be carried out or optional tour/activity prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums, archaeological sites or venues in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km.
3-person rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding, collapsible, and coach beds, participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the congestion that may occur in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd-person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid only for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
CURRENCY
It is useful to have U.S. Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
The Western America Region is 10 hours behind Turkey during daylight saving time and 11 hours behind during winter time.
For example, while it is 16:30 in Turkey in winter, it is 06:30 in Western America.
PHONE USAGE
Your mobile phone line can be used if it is open to international calls (roaming).
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
If you are going in the summer season, we recommend that you bring t-shirts, short- and long-sleeved shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket and a thin sweater for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards. In the winter period, we recommend clothing that allows easy movement and keeps you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
The country does not have a unique cuisine, and a fast-food-dominated culture prevails. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is widespread, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Even if there is no food culture, its cuisine encompasses many cultures.
ELECTRICITY
The electrical current used in America is 110 Volts. In Turkey, it is 220 Volts. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter with you.
SHOPPING
There is shopping opportunity in shopping centers located in city centers and small businesses selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry to the country is possible. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the hours before the current trip and flight may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
